My children love these tiles. They have used them to create anything imaginable and have spent countless hours building.The magnets are quite strong, and the tiles are very durable.
Awesome for building!
This is the second set of Picasso tiles I purchased. We originally got a smaller set, but loved them so much we ordered these ones a few days later (both sets are pictured in the second photo). Our whole family loves them. My kiddos are 10 and 2, and they are both able to build anything they can imagine. Want to built a tower thatâs 3 feet tall? Done. Vehicles? Done. Mandala patterns in the floor or a vertical magnetic surface? Done. These are such great tiles; theyâre sturdy, the colours are vibrant, and the magnets are strong. Can you build shapes and pick them up like you can do with Magformers? No, but thatâs not their purpose. Build a car garage, a castle, any structure. Add small figurines or cars. The price also canât be beat, especially if you get them on sale. Donât buy more expensive tiles. These are awesome. Ours have been stepped on, dropped, weâve had structures collapse, and they havenât broken or cracked. I know a few other people have mentioned that these are easy to get open so the magnets fall out, but ours are not. The only downside of this particular set is that the polarity on the small rectangles can be a bit wonky, but theyâre still usable.
Love Picasso tiles
We love Picasso tiles. They are expensive but so much fun. You need quite a lot of tiles to make things. You canât make much with his kit but it has shapes that the basic sets donât have.This is a great add on if you already have the starter kit.
