Excellent product
I usually hate lavender but this stuff smells amazing and makes for a relaxing bath. Helped with so much more than postpartum. Especially helped with sore back and feet. Have bought it a couple times already and will continue to. 10/10 product. One of the best bath soaks Iâve used.

Good but a bit frustrating
The actual mixture itself is great. I feel great after taking a 15-min sitz bath with this stuff. But the packaging itself was impossible to open properly and the measurements for how much to add to your bath is really confusing. It says half a gram to warm water. It needs to give measurements like 2tbsp or whatever. I just put in about 2tbsp and so far itâs been good but I have no idea if thatâs too much or not enough.

Used for sits baths, I found that alittle goes a long ways. I had multiple tears after childbirth. I was very glad I purchased this ahead of time. It has a nice lavender smell with some other notes (not a fake smell at all) -this is coming from a girl who hates lavender, I found it actually pretty pleasant. And most importantly I think it worked! It help soothes the pain and I couldnât be happier with it! (I ordered a second bag) Definitely recommend! Do your self a favour mama!
Great for postpartum care
I used this sitz bath salt after my first birth 4 Years ago and it was one of the best postpartum products I used. I truly belive it helped my healing at a much fast rate then it would have been without. The essential Oils are so healing and cooling. If I didn’t have time for a sitz bath I would put a table spoon in my peri bottle and use as needed. My only complaint is the price for the quantity is alot. If I didn’t truly love this product I would never pay $20 a bag.

If you’ve had any tares or any soreness pain etc this will help you ! I bought 3 bags these are super expensive for the amount of product you get which is nothing but you will soak and feel like a new mom, it heals perineum so well I had a hard pp.. hemorrhoids too helps amazingly . Only concern is I have eczema and this irritated my skin abit burning .. but if you do have like me dont use everyday…
