My grandson loves this glow worm. My daughter loves the fact that she can record a song and baby knows mummy’s voice so it soothes him if turned and cranky. Wonderful toy. It’s also a baby monitor.Con: Battery died too soon and is difficult to open and replace. Not sure of size, think it’s 2 AA battery. Sad he can’t listen to it anymore. Have to figure out battery issue. Not good instructions. Overall love the songs and music.

I will sew the battery opening shut as a precaution but I just love this little bug ! It is a little loud but I discovered with my kids other toys a few layers of masking tape over the speaker fixes that !

I’ve had a glow worm, my teenager had one, so my littlest has to have one too. The music is pretty loud and there is no volume control that I’ve found. The face came with scuff marks on it that I had to scrub off with an alcohol pad. Recording is easy and it’s why I bought this particular glow worm. My babe loves me singing “you are my sunshine” and now she can listen to it whenever she wants

Bad sound quality & volume for recording function
Bought for both my toddlers. They love it, except for the sound quality is quite poor when I try to record something. Also, it is very very frustrating that there is no volume control feature. The prerecorded music is very loud and I had to put electrical tape over the speaker to bring the volume down to an acceptable level, like others did. I usually don’t write product reviews but found both the sound quality and lack of volume control so bad in this toy that I felt ethically responsible to warn others. Why did toymaker not fix these shortcomings??
Loud but WORKS
It’s way too loud. There should be two volume settings.I have to add that this helped me sleep train my baby SO well. Then we didn’t need it anymore. But then! Sleep regression happened so I busted out the glow worm and it fixed her middle of the night wake up in one night. This glow worm worked amazing for us.
Great Toy
Bought as a replacement for an older model. While itâs very similar itâs not exactly the same as the older version. My son still loved this item, but is not a fan of the noise sensor. Sometimes I wake up and heâs put it outside his door. Still a great product for a great price.

Das Glühwürmchen ist echt zuckersüÃ. Zwar für Nachts zu laut aber für tagsüber sehr toll. Man könnte es leise machen indem man auf den Lautsprecher Watte oder ähnliches drauf legt….ich empfehle das Würmchen gerne weiter
I’m so made up with this it’s a shame they don’t make them like the 80s original I had , however I’m so chuffed the box is lovely , the glo worm it’s self for the price is gorgeous I can’t wait for my granddaughter to have this ( if I can part with it )Easy to use and like I’ve said it’s absolutely gorgeous5*I tried the cry setting but obviously left any recordings to mum and dadOnly 3 songs but enough to keep the little one occupied as this is a bedtime soother not a toy , u wouldn’t want 10 songs before it goes offI’m happy with this
