Ten times better than the ultra thin ones. These give a feeling of security and they don’t twist about. I ordered a #7 because the #6 was out of stock. However, I like these very much and will continue to buy this size. I use them only at night so a #5 or #6 might be better for daytime.These thicker ones are very dependable.

Excellent Absorbency and Comfort
I should have started using these much sooner than regular period pads. These pads are so much better in keeping me dry and secure without anxiety. They are quite large but I like that anyway but they are also comfortable. Be sure to have good quality underwear that is comfortable. These pads do hold in place once they are set in. This has saved me a lot of stress from getting wet where I don’t want it. These pads do very well even for accidental heavy urine gushes. They pretty much absorb almost immediately and will provide protection day and night. I do chuckle to myself when I need to change. It’s like removing a wet diaper but that is not a problem for me. I would rather deal with a wet diaper like pad than wet clothes. I highly recommend these pads for those with heavy gushes or flow issues. Yes, they may be more expensive than regular pads but in the long run they save money.
Nice and long
For overweight people like myself, it is important that incontinence pads be long. These are sufficiently long and are highly absorbant. I recommend this product for incontinence issues.
Poise pads are very good.
Poise pads are very good at keeping you dry. I also like the length of the pads, because it dose not make you leak on the sides. The only thing that I did not like is that it was left in my mail room for all eyes to see. This is very private stuff to a woman and I was very embarass when I went down into the mail room and find that many people was in the mail room looking at the pads and lauhging. I had to wait until the poeple left to take it because I did not want anyone to see that it was mines. I would really like for all and anything that I order from amazon be posted in a “(box)”.
This product has good absorbancy. It is not as absorbant as the 8 tear drop, but it is definitely a good product.

I bought these to pads to compare with Tena pads, Tena pads were giving me some issues. The Poise pads are pricey, but so are the Tena pads. The Poise pads don’t leave sticky tape in the panties, don’t leak, and will stay stuck to panties in place. I don’t notice any odors using them, I wear them all night. I don’t like to have to use them, but since I do, I will purchase these Poise pads again.
I like these pads because they are helping you stay dry.
