Having raised 5 kiddos on my own the potty training stages where always hard, it did get easier the more I had because the younger ones wanted to see what older ones were doing. This book is great about keeping positive and motivated for your kiddos. Make potty training fun with rewards at the end for being dry all day. I Loved how it explained we need to as parents realize they’re not going to go all day and be dry when first starting out so don’t get discouraged bring extra clothes make this time rewarding since they are just learning I used to put cherrios in the toilet for my boys they liked aiming for them LOL was a fun way to get them to go.
This little book is full of excellent advice for mainly first-time parents. But if you got it wrong the first time, and many of us did, then second-time parents should take the short time it takes to read this book, it will save them weeks of frustration and stress.
Amazing!! Iâve been having a tough time potty training my son, mainly because I think Iâm just impatient, so I turned to this book for help. I learned so much, especially just to take our time. There is no rush for any of it. Great read with great insights.
This little book shows very elementary ways to help potty train young children. It seems to be written to the child, not the parent (or grandparent) thus it is overly simplified. The end results are the same anyway.
