An OK training seat
This seat is ok and does the job, but on my toilet it wobbles, so someone has to be with the child so they donât fall. Itâs great that it can also be used as a step, as our toddler uses it to reach the sink to brush her teeth and wash her hands.

READ ALL the 1 star reviews. Many same experience as me. The product looks great. It looked like it fit our fairly new toilet. Child climbed, was leaning slightly forward and almost fell into the toilet. Second try, she almost fell backwards! Totally scared her. Others have experienced exactly the same thing. I lifted seat off and when relocating it with slight pressure on railings, I almost fell forward.NOTE THEY DO NOT COVER RETURN POSTAGE COSTS!!!
UNSTABLE AND AVOID SAVEON MANY SUPPLIER
The product is unstable, I raised a case to the supplier to return, I was told to pay shipping (which to me was fine), however they also will charge me for shipping me the product. I informed them that I have packed the product but was repeatedly asked for pics to demonstrate that the product is indeed unstable. Donât recommend a supplier who does not trust customers. I am just going to throw this product in trash

Itâs not stable
First I wasnât able to assemble the white handles with the rest of the steps and the worst part is that when placed on the toilet, itâs not stable and wobbles all over the place so my daughter doesnât feel safe on it. If sheâs on the first step itâs ok, but as soon as she goes on to the second step, it moves and the same happens when she sits or gets off of it.Iâm really disappointed with it.
