Look is not as advertised – poor quality – worst instructions I’ve ever seen for assembly.
The seat pad was grey not white as advertised – the rubber pads that you are supposed to install to make contact with the floor and the toilet seat were so dried out/ hard that I had to soak them in hot water before inserting them to make them soft and pliable enough to fit in and the instructions were incomplete with bad graphics and nonsensical English. Fortunately the assembly was intuitive enough that I could figure it out. It holds together and does what its designed to do (ladder with potty seat) so I am keeping it but it should be sold for significantly less that it is being sold for given the quality of the product over all. So lazy. Not impressed.
Great training seat
Really happy with this training seat, easy to assemble. My grand daughter feels very safe and comfortable on it and we even take it with us to other houses, folds easily and is very compact. Highly recommend.
No screws!!!
Ordered this hoping they would get it right. No screws! So basically paid for a very expensive potty seat, that my child can not access on thier own. So disappointing. And of course no way to contact the seller!!
