Very soft material and absorbent. It is quite large so lots of room to grow with child. I would say it is a bit large for a newborn though. Perhaps would wait until baby is 3-6 months.

This baby towel is unlike any other. The quality is so good! The size is amazing. It is really big so if covers all of my 6 month old after her bath. It is really soft and absorbent. It really well, and still looks and feels new.
La mejor toalla de bebé que pude comprarð¤©Es muy absorbente, prácticamente queda casi seca al usarla, aparte de que mi bebé está pequeño pero es muy suave y gruesa, mi bebé se relaja mucho cuando lo envuelvo en ella. Seca muy bien la piel. Lo que no me gusta que si le jalas un hilo queda una rayita como vacÃo porque se deshila todo ðy el precio es alto pero vale la pena por la calidad.

This towel rivals the thickness and softness of a quality bath towel, and is much larger than any other baby towel I received. This towel is larger enough for older toddlers. I wash this on a regular basis, and it has maintained its softness and absorbency. I would highly recommend washing exactly as directed to best maintain its integrity. This will be my go to baby shower gift going forward and Iâve already purchased another for my son.
