We ordered and received our PrimoBaby SnuggleBug 2 in 1 Swing and Highchair within three days. We are very excited to have our grandchildren dine in this classy highchair. Our 1 and 2 year olds wonât use the swing but our great grandchild will be able to as she will arrive in a few weeks.My husband, who is an analytical engineer, put this highchair to a test. He didnât want to open the box because he felt if he didnât like the chair, it would never fit back in the box. He finally opened the box and found it precisely packaged professionally. He took it out of the box and saw the components were of heavy duty construction , not flimsy. My husband doesnât look at instructions, just puts products together. This was very easy to assemble. But he did have a question and needed to contact PrimoBaby.He called the PrimoBaby company with a concern , whose phone number was easily accessible and they returned his phone call within an hour. They answered his questionWhich resolved his issue. This company provides service after the sale. This is surely a plus when buying an item.When I saw the completely finished chair, I was impressed with how it will be easy to clean when after each child eats. You have the ability to unsnap the chairâs cover and wash it. The chair is sturdy and itâs tray is easy to remove and put back. This chair is easy to collapse for storage or to take to another location.We are very pleased with this PrimoBaby highchair and swing. We highly recommend it to growing families, as well as grandparents.

This product is very versatile. You are able to quickly alternate this between a swing and a high chair. I do not have a lot of space in my living room, and this basically does two things while being the size of one. Great form factor while being super sleek. Matches my house walls nicely.I did not think the app controls would be super functional, especially in a chair of all things, but it has proved me wrong! The swing mode is adjustable from your phone. You are able to control the speed and set how long you want the swing to swing for. It has nice pre-set music, but you are also able to play your own music! It should really be a 3 in 1: speaker, high chair, and infant swing. My baby is a light sleeper, and being able to control the speed on the app helps him stay asleep.Setup was a little tricky, but after figuring things out, you are able to adjust nearly everything. The cushion is comfortable and soft. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my baby is fully strapped in while comfortable at the same time. Great chair. Will be using this until my baby grows out of it. Recommended!
