This bag is phenomenal for the price. I was a little hesitant spending the money as I knew I would not be using it all the time, but I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! First of all, you can immediately tell the bag is great quality. The material is thick, the waist band is comfortable and the shoulder straps are padded and wide. The inside of the bag has a strap that holds your carseat in place so it doesn’t move around when your carrying it. When I placed the carseat inside, strapped it in, I knew I made the right decision by purchasing this bag. My hands were free, the weight was evenly distributed on my back and I felt comfortable while walking around. I did get fatigued after carrying this carseat around for over an hour but that was because of the weight of the carseat and not because of the bag. I forgot to secure the carseat inside the bag once we went through airline security, and I could feel a huge difference. The carseat moved terribly and I felt like I was being thrown around while walking. I had to immediately find a spot to stop and secure the carseat in the bag before moving on. The only downside, which is not really a big deal, is the size of this bag when it’s on your bag. Obviously it needs to hold a carseat so the dimensions really can’t be too different. Just be prepared to bump or swing into a few people. There is a learning curve when carrying this on your back. I also felt great knowing my new carseat was protected against stains and wear and tear while traveling in this bagOverall, this is one of my best purchases of 2022!
My sister has another version of this bag, which is how I found this. I love this one because I feel like it offers a little bit more protection for the carseat. I had no issues with getting the Graco carseat in the bag. Just make sure to push the back out all the way and that the carseat is in a 90 degree angle position or it won’t fit.
No complaints so far. We have shipped our car seat three times now, cross country, in this travel case and it still looks new. It has light padding, which helped protect our car seat, and it has the back pack straps should you decide to haul it through the airport! Highly recommend to help protect your car seat during travel!
Used it once so far on a direct flight; nothing ripped(seams) or broke off (zipper).The padded shoulder straps were pleasantly comfortableâcomparing to JL childress. I also like that I can fold it down and snap it together for easy storage. It fits the Nuna Rava and Graco 4 in 1.
Weâve been on 4 flights now with our Carseat in this bag and itâs worked great!! I do like the straps that allow you to carry it as a backpack if needed.
