I have one of these files for my baby that my older daughter always likes to use. I bought her one asa stocking stuffer she can keep as her own. It comes with a great travel case and I appreciate the removable guard. Great item for anyone especially with delicate nails.
Itâs a great tool to use. The baby was not scared and allowed me to file her nails without a problem. Easy to use and it makes the process so much faster.
This is really nice nail filer. Personally I wanted for our kids who really hate to trim and file their nails. It is very nice that this comes with a lot of different ‘heads’ to be able to use it on various ages of people.Removing the dust collector I had to pull up and then changing the heads was pretty straight forward.The machine runs quietly on both speeds and having the LED light makes it so much easier to use on the kids.My daughter who isn’t great with her nails was worried it would hurt her, however after using it she had no fear and just said ‘it tickles’.Ironically, I ended up using it and also really liked it. After trimming my nails they tend to be pretty sharp. I personally am not a fan of using a hand filer as I cannot ever to get it nice and smooth.I also appreciate how it uses USB C to charge, love it when items use a proper standard! My only concern is finding the ‘bits’ for when they need to get replaced, I know it comes with two sets, but would love to see if the vendor could sell more bits for when necessary.Overall I really love this electric file. The price is just right and works great for adults and kids. Just hoping the vendor will release some bits in the future if/when we need to replace.
My 2yo toddler is not a fan of nail trims, especially toes. Unfortunately, she’s still didn’t take to the grinder any better. Not fault to the product, but we’ll still use the clippers. Perhaps starting earlier with baby #2 will be better to get them more comfortable with the sound.Overall though, the grinder works and is very gentle. Even the “12+ month” blue grinder barely feels coarse and will trim nails just fine after I tested on my own nails. The light is a great feature and so useful when trying to grind a 1/2cm nail. I never needed to use the high setting, but the low setting does have a little hum that made my 2yo nervous, otherwise very tolerable. Includes carrying case, charging cord, and more than enough replacement heads if you’re using this in combination with a clipper.
