I love this little sound machine. Easy to use, lots of sound options, can plug in or use batteries, can select different shut off intervals, and it is compact. I really like that the volume is controlled by a knob, which is easy to locate in the dark. When I listen to this machine, I feel that I go to sleep more quickly and that I sleep better. The sound quality is fine for me. It is not fancy, but does what I need it to do.
I love this device. I always have problems going to sleep when I travel. I need noise.This is perfect for me. You can either plug it in or use batteries. I used the batteries for my recent trip to Greece. It is lightweight and easy to pack. It has multiple noise settings and you can turn the volume up or down to your needs. I could have not been more pleased. The price is also reasonable.I will never travel again without it.
Great sound machine overall, with lots of sound options, but I bought it for the Battery-operation backup function only because we get a lot of power outages and can’t plug it in. When plugged in it works fine, but the battery part stopped working after a few months, even after replacing with new batteries each time. Not reliable sensor for the batteries and so we returned it as it is useless to us now. The seller was great and reached out and offered a replacement or refund – our choice. They said the malfunction has been tested and so should not be a problem but I’d rather just pass and use our old machine. But great customer service.
We first ordered this product in 2017 and then again in 2020 for a new baby and then again in 2022 for another new addition to our family. We especially loved how loud the white noise sound was. There did seem to be some issues with the sound cutting off in the model we got in 2022 but the customer service department was excellent and sent us a new model at new charge even though we were past the return window. The new one works great. The main difference between the old and new models as far as I can tell is more sound choices and also a gradual increase of volume. For example even when I turn it all the way up immediately it still takes a moment to escalate. Overall I love this product and how loud the machine gets.
