Expensive but definitely worth it!
Iâm a larger women (weight approximately 310lbs) so it has always been a bit more difficult for me to find a camping/folding chair that could hold my weight. This chair absolutely does. I feel both comfortable and confident sitting on it and am not scared that it will break or that I will fall through the seat.The fabric is very strong and the metal frame is very sturdy. I actually forgot it outside overnight once and it rained very hard. The chair was perfectly fine and dried in no time.I love the high back and the fact that you can lean back a bit in the chair. I have a bad back and find this chair very comfortable.It does take a little getting used to to collapse the chair but if you turn it upside down and face to back towards you, you will easily be above just to push and collapse it closed.Love the travel bag, the cup holder and the side holder pocket!
Sturdy
Great strong chair for my plus size body. The solid arms help me when getting up, much better than saggy collapsible arm lawn chairs. The legs are much improved over regular chairs. I feel supported in it and donât worry it will break under me. My only complaint is the weight of it when carrying it. Itâs 16lbs.
Most sturdy and comfortable chair
The support this chair offers is amazing. It is so sturdy and well made. It does not offer much lumbar support for those searching for a good chair to sit up straight and help manage back pain but as a comfortable well built chair it is tops!
comfortable AF
Great chair, the lean back function is perfect, a great height, the leg pads are nice and wide so you dont sink into the surface you are sitting on. Haven’t tried the heating function but as for comfort and quality it’s very comfy. no low back pain like with sitting in the other cheap foldable chairs. would like to buy another for a matching set. would buy again!
Holds up well
Bought this as a gift last Christmas, they loved it so much they asked for a second one this year . Great for getting up and down with a bad knee
Excellent chair NOT fire resistant/retardant whatsoever !
A very comfortable chair with useful storage pocket and cup holder. Plenty of storage for carry bag in zippered pocket behind seat back. Unfortunately for anyone under (5’5″) the bagged folded chair is large, heavy and uncomfortable to carry with the single over-the-shoulder strap. The other problem is the fact that the material is NOT flame resistant or retardant whatsoever. The manufacturer warns about prolonged exposure to fire/sparks/heating sources as material may ignite.
Sturdy, not for 6’+ tall people, useless recline
I’m 6’6″ and 243lbs.What I like: This is a very sturdy chair. The seat is deep and comfortable and so is the back. Beautiful material and padding. The cup holder on the right is ok, and so is the pouch on the left (though I wouldn’t use it). The attached zipped carrying pouch on the back, is meant for the carrying bag (I think). I didn’t find the chair heavy considering how solid, sturdy and well-made it isWhat I didn’t like (and why I returned it): the back of the chair incorporates a strange design, where it doesn’t recline but tilts (the seller shows the pictures of this). And when it tilts the bottom of the back pushes your back and butt forward. I think they explain this as lumbar support. But no matter the angle of tilt, my head cannot rest on the top of the back, which is nicely padded and meant to be a headrest.Less important but significant given the odd tilting, is the rather rough material used on the arms. Your elbow skin will complain.Finally, the chair is a chore to fold up. One might learn how to do it quicker with practice, I hope, but doubt it. There is an attached strap for circling the legs in order to cinch and keep the legs together, which you need to do if you want to use the carrying bag. It’s a core and a bother.I kept the chair for one day, sitting in it, trying things, packing it up, setting it up. But considering the tilt flaw along with other annoyances, I decided to return it. Too bad, I had high hopes this would be the chair to enjoy.
Very comfortable and easy
Very comfortable chair and easy to set up.The cup holder works great and the side compartments that hang from the left arm are extremely handy!I haven’t used the pouches that hang behind the seat with zippered access, but I’m sure I’ll come up with a few things in short order.I think I made a good choice for a light weight, portable, comfortable and easy to use chair!
I purchased this to replace an older ‘big boy’ folding camp chair that was getting a little worn and torn. The quality seems very good and the chair build seems to be very sturdy. Time will tell but so far it all appears to be high quality and materials. The chair is heavier than I expected but if you’re looking for a big / sturdy chair than those are good qualities. When folded it is noticeably heavier and larger than a typical folding camp chair but the bag provided makes it easy enough to pack and carry around. The back of the chair moves very freely but it allows it to adjust to your seating position which is quite comfortable and I don’t have the normal pressure points on the back of my thighs I had with the older typical folder. The material is heavy and the joints are solid, no wobble. It easily folds and they included an attached velcro strap that is handy to lock it into the folded position. The bag zippers along the length so you don’t struggle trying to funnel it into the top of the bag. It just lays in the bag lengthwise. Additionally, they provide a separate zippered pouch on the chair for storing the bag when in use. Strong recommend, I’ll be buying more
It’s summertime, and that means long afternoons and evenings on the deck in my backyard. I ordered this chair because I’m fit, thin, but a hair over six feet tall. Small chairs don’t do it for me.This chair came well-packed, and required no setup. I just unfolded it, and was sitting in it within a minute. The chair has good padding, feels well-made, and comes in an agreeable and classy Earth-tone color (I like that a lot).I don’t agree with the reviews that say the recline feature doesn’t work or that it scooches you forward in the seat of the chair. To me, the reclining back felt very natural, and I can see it being nice when you don’t want to sit up exactly straight. That being said, don’t expect a true lounger or Lazy Boy recliner. It’s a subtle recline.Overall, I’m very happy with the chair. I will say that the chair– even went folded– is huge. This is not a backpacking chair or a camp 300 yards from the car/RV/trailer chair. I wouldn’t want to carry it more than 50 feet if I had other stuff in my hands or arms. But if you’ve got room in your home or vehicle for this chair, it’s great overall. For me, it’s going to be my go-to deck chair, and I’ll take it in at night so it doesn’t get exposed too much to the elements.
The chair is a comfortable size to sit in and itâs sturdy. Being able to adjust the back is a huge help. I have severe spine issues and I was comfortable. Apparently itâs also Blue Heeler approved. I guess we will have to her, her own.
Took these to the beach. Very sturdy and wide. A little bulkier than a standard camp chair but the seat is wider and it reclines a little bit making it really comfortable. I put my feet on a cooler and spent 4 hours that way. The zipper pouch comes all the way open so you don’t have to fight getting the chair back into the bag and there are zippered pouches and a cup holder so your stuff doesn’t get sandy. Great chair for big people.
I bought this chair in the beginning of summer and when itâs set, it is a very comfortable chair. The only downside is it is very difficult to pack up after use. I feel like I have to nearly break it to put it back.
