Fantastic!
Used this on some beautiful fuchsia moose hide and it worked great! No discoloration at all. I make mukluks, moccasins, and mitts. This will definitely be my new go to. I love that there is no smell to it as well. I’ve been recommending it to other artisans in my area and already placed a second order.

Not 100% waterproof
I bought this product for my Chanel Thigh boots in sheepskin shearling. I sprayed the product on all parts of the boots until it was wet ( not soaking) with all concentration on the heels, soles and ankles. I am extremely certain I covered the heels and soles but unfortunately it is not as protective as it claims to be. It says product need to dry for 24 hours when in fact I let the product dry for 48 hours before using it. The beads of water looked resistant from the upper thigh part of the boots (see photos) but not the feet part. The snow wasn’t as deep today and it was only 3° tonight. I am now drying the heels of the boots with cloth and I hope it doesn’t cause water stains as these boots are very expensive. Value for money, I would recommend that they improve the formula and make bottle bigger because it is not sufficient for long footwear. I don’t recommend spraying them on leather part of shoes as they leave water stains and I had to put shoe polish to remove stains and shine them with a shoe brush. The product arrived well without leaks or defective bottle as others have experienced. I am not very sure of its longevity because of the water stains on my heels. Maybe I will use the remaining product (1/4) and re treat the parts of my boots again before wear. The formula is water-like, no chemical odours and no irritation when I sprayed it on by accident on my skin. However, the nozzle spray seems to spray wider that sometimes it creates a puddle and had to wipe it from the floor. So far, I’ll stick to it and see if reapplying will make any difference.Update: Worn again after more than 48 hours of re spraying remaining product on my thigh boots. Still little snow / water splashes. I would repurchase and re spray again. Have to use stain eraser to remove water stains.
Best waterproof spray
Might be pricier than others but yes its true, there is no smell and didnât make my shoes darker than other sprays.Recommend!

May be a little more expensive but totally worth it. No horrible overpowering chemical smell when applied. And you only apply once a year. Others I,ve bought before, I had to apply every 6-8 weeks. Really worth it!
Pump didn’t work/didn’t spray, was leaking
Unsure how the product would have been as pump didn’t work, seemed broken, wouldn’t spray, and was leaking.
Non-toxic is great but spray is too hard to use
I appreciate that this product is non-toxic, PFAS-free, and environmentally friendly. It has no odour and I felt safe using it. However, it is very hard to use. The spray gets everywhere and leaves wet beads all over the shoes/bag/etc. You then have to try to work the product in to the suede/nubuck and hope that it dries well. I found this left little splotches and overall I felt very disappointed and too scared to try it on my expensive shoes.
Easy to apply in an open air condition at 10 C.
I had to wait until warm enough or at least at 10C or higher to apply out on the back porch for ventilation. It was easy to spray on and after 24 hours was dry and waterproofed effectively.
I was surprised how quick and easy it was to get my boots ready for winter use.
Renapur work great on Suede and Nubuck leather as well as fabric shoes. This product is Eco- friendly and protects the above materials from dirt,oil and stains. I used on my tennis shoes and it works great also used on my wife’s nubuck shoes and they repelled the rain and no spots.. this product is a highly effective water repellent.
