Perfect for after birth
These were a godsend after birth. I didnât want to get the sleeve messy, so I just put a pad over the ice pack and used it like that. Worked perfectly.

It works well and does what it is supposed to but itâs very thin but long enough to reach far enough back. Wish that they were as thick as a pad would be but they work well.
Soothing
Nice size, stay frozen long enough to apply about fifteen minutes of cold which is the recommended amount of time per application. I like the washable covers that come with them. I recommend this system.

Does a great job, both hot and cold
I really, really liked this product, once I figured out how to use it. That’s because the instructions were kind of… unclear. For cold therapy, it says “Fridge freezer 30-60 minutes” and “Freezer Indoors 15-30”, and I didn’t know what what meant.Here’s how I used them: I took one and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes, slightly curved, and I left the other one in the fridge for as long as I could. Both already had the fabric covers on them, and I left the third fabric cover to chill in the fridge, too. This seemed to work for me, as both felt heavenly and retained the cold for a long time. The freezer-chilled on also didn’t get extremely cold, which I would have found uncomfortable anyway.When it came to hot therapy, I felt more comfortable heating it up on 50-60% power, in bursts of 10 seconds. I didn’t want it to get too piping hot, which I find uncomfortable as well.All in all, I though these little gel packs worked so good. I know they’re advertised for pain… down there, but I would also recommend using them (in their cold therapy forms) for headache and migraine sufferers who like something cold over their eyes.
Using for bladder issues (IC)
Itâs ok, I wish they got colder. They donât work as well as a bag of ice does for me. They might work for you if your discomfort isnât a weird complex chronic issue. Still very soothing though, this combined with ice letâs me sleep at night
Surprisingly good
I didnât expect this cold pack to last a whole 45 minutes! I think results will vary based on body type, body heat, and what you are doing while using this. I was standing the whole time but I feel like it would have possibly lasted less time if I were sitting or doing more strenuous, heat producing work. This wouldnât work well wearing out in public as itâs quite stiff and noticeable in the pants. My gyno suspects I have lichen sclerosis. Anyone that suffers from that knows how unbearable it gets. I am sensitive to everything. The cold of the ice pack did help me during use, but I think the cover material potentially caused me a worse flare up. Itâs very, very cheap material. If you can make one with cotton material (if you are sensitive like me), I suggest doing so. Make sure to wash the provided cover before use, in a mesh laundry bag or by hand. I found the cover difficult to put on the frozen pack and I did not dry it in the dryer – air dry only. I also suggest while putting the packs in the freezer that you place them into a freezer bag to keep them from being contaminated by the freezer and as added protection from potentially being punctured by a frozen food item. I wish I had these postpartum. They would also come in handy if you get a nasty womanly infection that are all too easy to get, just be sure to properly clean everything.

Hygienic to use because a slip-on cover is provided, which can be washed. Relief from burning and itching sensation was immediate.
Great ices packs for any use. Those soft balls are great and not hard on wounds.
