Take your time and follow instructions
I originally bought this thinking that it would be a fun project for me and my two kids under 10. Turned out to be too delicately complex for them. I built it and they get to play with it though. Need glue for some parts that are loose fit. Project done and everything runs smoothly. Will buy from same creator again.
Can’t rush this!
Relaxing but sometimes frustrating! It’s sturdy enough but you have to be careful when assembly as some pieces are easily breakable. I had to use a little bit of glue here and there just for my own sake. Definitely not a puzzle for kids. Took me 8 hours to assemble
Flimsy with incoherent directions
Pieces are so fragile you have to get the glue out ever few pieces. Directions are garbage.
Awesome Product
This product was an awesome build. The reason why I gave it a 3/5 for easy to assemble as it can be quite difficult – but I love a challenge! The accuracy unfortunately the tracks did not line up 100%
Cool item
Good item and very satisfying once you have completed it.
Not easy and very fragile
I bought this for my husband to keep him busy and although heâs been extremely careful, multiple pieces have just snapped. It is also quite hard to put together and some of pieces donât fit into where they should. Wouldnât buy again.
fun but brittle
instructions are good but some of the wood sheets were slightly warped and this impacted both the assembly and the overall level of the structure so the marbles don’t move the way they should. Probably would not buy again. I’d go Lego or K’Nex
Marble run
Love this product but you need to have lots of patience. Solid wood and plastic pieces can break but they do include a spare parts board . Unfortunately I have broken a piece that is not on the board so glue should work ð. I have put this on my Christmas list for this year great selection hopefully will get several lol .
This is a 5 star product for me. I did break two pieces, some of the pieces were very difficult to push together, and it doesnât work perfectly every time. I did also use a little super glue in a few pieces. However, the design of sending a few sheets of balsa wood, to make something like this had my wife and I blown away. Itâs super impressive⦠I thought my 5 year old and I could do this together, not for kids lolSome comments reference a few of the issues I mentioned as reasons for knocking off stars, itâs a delicate, very elaborate, balsa wood marble theme ride⦠itâs not made of plastic and itâs not supposed to be a quick throw together project. The fun is in the assembly. So carve out a few nights, or weeks and enjoy this marvel!Thanks for a challenging and fun build. Highly recommend.
Nice to do something non-digital. And looks good on display
This was a Christmas present as a surprise for my husband. Unfortunately it was not a surprise as it was just the product box with the label on it. Being put in a padded bad would have been great as the box was damaged. The product itself was luckily not damaged and was great.
Found some of the parts very fragile and breaking when trying to lock in place.Not as robust as the Clock type products
Pieces can be very brittle, and pay close attention to the instructions. Donât rush. It will take about 6 straight hours to build. Not enough spare pieces for the most brittle parts.
