We love how versatile this product is for chopping up vegetables. When the vegetables get stuck in the cutters, there is a utensil they give you to brush out the debris. In the video it shows that you can use the mandolin to shave potatoes until a few weeks ago. I love this product, but my partner who loves cooking uses it all the time!! Itâs a needed staple in the kitchen!!

Multitool perfekt
The blade could be sharper, Iâve had difficulty with bell peppers and celery. With a little extra oomph it can be done but itâs not as easy as Iâd like. The included cleaning tools are helpful and if you clean right away it really is pretty quick. The small grid is a little smaller than I like for a chop salad and the large is a little too big. I guess Iâm particular⦠also I find that unless Iâm prepping a large amount of food this is not any faster than simple chopping the veggies myself. Still, it works and when Iâm doing weekday lunch prep itâs very helpful!
