Bought this gate for the bottom of our stairs, and itâs amazing. Very sturdy and easy to use but strong and safe for my toddler. It was easy to put together. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. We bought it with the âWall Nannyâ pieces and Iâd 100% recommend it -to protect the walls and add more support. Worth the money, time and peace of mind.

Awesome for Dogs
Bought this baby gate for our dog who likes to sneak around the house and destroy things when were not looking, and this baby gate has been a game changer. I no longer have to worry about him sneaking away to go do his business, I just keep him within the gates and he no longer wrecks things around the house. Also super nice for when people come to the door, because it keeps him from barking at people by the door.
Extremely Unsafe! DO NOT BUY!
I am extremely disappointed with this gate. It doesn’t latch properly, making it practically useless for keeping my baby safe. The construction is flimsy, and it feels like it could fall apart at any moment. It’s far too dangerous to use around children. I wouldn’t trust this gate to keep anyone safe, let alone a baby. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It’s not worth the risk!

The sole purpose of buying this one is because it’s stated as easy install and being a fairly young Mom with a hubby rarely home I decided to make things easier and purchase this one.It is truly is SIMPLE to install and takes 5-10 minutes tops. Someone left a review that stated that the door wont shut because it’s too short to reach the latch. Nooooo.. When you tighten the pressure mount you had one side over more and if you loosen that one mount before getting it tight that brings the door closer to the latch and you know when it’s right because the red turns green and tighten the other side. Very simple and a simple error that takes seconds to correct.. I promise.. I’m the idiot who can’t put much of anything together and had this up in minutes so if I can do it anyone can. You don’t have to screw holes in the wall, it’s all pressure mounted and takes minutes to set up. You don’t have to put anything together unless you need to add the extension which looks easy. You just place the mounts in, no tools needed and tighten to the wall. It is heavy duty white metal besides the latch parts and parts to connect the extension. I have never owned a gate but it seems super sturdy, I didn’t use the extension as we have a super narrow door frame that this went in. We have an older home and this went on my sons entrance to his room which is more narrow then any room in the home including the bathroom. It’s probably the length of a lot of closet doors but measures 29″. It says for entrances 28″ plus but we had a few inches to spare so it may fit 27″ frames but I would go by the measurements of 28″ inches plus in the description to be sure. I read a couple reviews that states hard to open but this wasn’t an issue at all for me. Days I have carpal tunnel I can still open it fine so I assume a few got bad mechanisms or they recently fixed the issue.Positives: Door can swing both waysIt’s super easy to walk through, very large opening compared to others I’ve seen online. (I enclosed a picture, sorry about the mess) others seems crazy tight and that’s a huge positive for me with this gate. It’s very easy to walk through. You only lose about 2 inches from your entrance unlike most.Easy to install.Easy to open with one hand.Seems sturdy and durable.Pressure mount, no tools needed and no damage to door frames.Cons:Price is higher then others. I paid $45 and Amazon went up on the price by $5 in one week. Update: It’s back down again.Door doesn’t swing shutBaby doesn’t like it so far which I’m sure would be the same with any gates but we only use it when necessary .. ð³I have no other gates to compare this one to but all in all I’m super pleased with it and would definitely buy this one again. 🙂

So long as the width of your entrance is 32″ or less, it is a breeze to set up. Literally twist in the stoppers and go. At first I was worried it would not stay in place, but the grip is as firm as anything. Now there’s no chance for my dog to get into the kitchen hehehehe.
