I’m not using this product for its intended purpose, but it works wonderfully for mine. I have smart light bulbs, you see, on two lamps that happen to be controlled by a switch. And I hate that I mindlessly switch them off at night, forcing me to go through the re-pairing process if they decide to be picky in the morning.So I looked and looked for something to cover my switches, to no avail. Until this.It took me about a minute to break off the prongs that would usually hold the cover in place. I replaced it with a two-piece command strip on the side of the switch plate. Ta-da! Works wonderfully, easy to remove.If you’re using the product for outlets and you find the prongs don’t hold it in place, try the command strip!

Looks better and deters baby
Love these, they look much better than the individual ones. And the babies havenât even tried to take them off, itâs really deterred them from trying to even pull them out to get into plug in.

I like these cause they are cute but if it’s humid or more recent paint, they stick and then peel a bit of the paint off.

This item is the perfect solution. Very sturdy good quality. My children cannot take it off even my older ones have to toggle with it if they wanted to remove it. Definitely a must have over those little individual plugs.

These are perfect for what I needed them for. Iâm not a fan of the look of the individual plastic outlet cover, I feel like those you lose the second you take them out but these not only looked great on the wall when we placed them over outlets not in use but they were easy to pop off and put back on, the only con is that if you wanted to use one outlet you canât since it covers the whole outlet. So itâs only good if your wanting them on outlets you donât plan on using all the time

There’s an outlet in the oddest spot of my house and it’s where we put our dog’s water bowl, so we thought we should cover it as a safety precaution. Works great! It was easy to install. I think it would be good for baby-proofing. It would be pretty hard for a baby to get off. You need nails and good grip to get it off. An older toddler may be able to get it off though- depending on dexterity lol.
I prefer this outlet shield much more over the individual socket covers. The small socket covers are so easy to lose. Moreover, my child is interested in the socket as he can see it through the translucent covers. This entire outlet cover is great because it looks cleaner on the wall, is hard to misplace, and doesn’t draw my child’s attention as much.
