A stroller that misses the mark
At first glance, this stroller seemed like the perfect solution â compact, lightweight, and sleek enough to navigate city streets and airport. But after a few weeks of use, it has been nothing but a letdown. The so-called âsuper compactâ design sacrifices sturdiness to a fault; it feels shaky and unstable even on the smoothest sidewalks. The wheels barely handle small bumps, let alone anything resembling rough terrain, which makes every outing feel like an obstacle course. Maneuverability is also lacking; tight turns are a struggle, and pushing it uphill requires serious effort.Folding this stroller is advertised as a quick, easy process, but thatâs far from reality. The folding mechanism is awkward and takes multiple tries to lock into place, which is the last thing you want when juggling a child and other belongings. The canopy, while stylish, offers minimal coverage, and the storage basket is too small to carry even the basics. This stroller feels like a compromise in all the wrong areas â too delicate for reliable everyday use and too frustrating for quick trips. I had high hopes, but I canât help but feel disappointed. If youâre looking for durability, ease, and true comfort, look elsewhere.
The front wheel lock is broken after one use, and makes for an extremely frustrating experience.
I’ve used the stroller twice so far. It’s pretty light and mobile, but has some major issues:1. the front wheel lock keeps engaging on its own repeatedly which is extremely frustrating. I will try and remove these locks with a screwdriver like someone else mentioned in their review. Seems like a design flaw that really effects the usability of the stroller.2. sometimes while pushing the stroller uphill or on flat but uneven surfaces, the stroller will get caught and come to a sudden stop. This has even happened on slightly uneven ground. Be sure to strap in your little one because these sudden stops can occur when you least expect it. This is something I have never experienced or worried about with my full size stroller.Honestly not too impressed with this thing so far.
All in all not too bad!
We have the Uppababy Vista V2 stroller as our go to (which we love) but because of its large size, last minute I decided to order a small compact stroller. This stroller is easy to fold, compact and light. I like that it has a decent size basket underneath compared to some other small travel strollers. The seat reclines and it has a decent size canopy. Now for the negatives- it is a bit flimsy and the front wheels have a lock option, however the one side kept sliding down and locking the front wheel straight making it very difficult to manoeuvre. I ended up using a screwdriver and taking the pieces off that locked the wheels. I donât ever lock the front wheels straight so that didnât bother me but it was the fact that it broke the first time I used the stroller. All in all itâs not too bad. For the price, I think itâs ok.
Light and useful
Love it!! Light and very useful!
Collapsed with baby inside
Safety hazard – avoid at all cost. Our baby had been sitting inside the stroller for 10 minutes when it suddenly collapsed on her, while stationary(we had used the stroller for a few weeks before this, so itâs not like we just didnât know how to use it). It was extremely traumatizing for my baby and me. The stroller is flimsy, hard to maneuver, and the locking mechanism sometimes takes several tries to engage. I would not risk the safety of my baby again in this stroller and want to warn others.
Amazing!!!
Wowâ¦great stroller for the price. Also not if it mentioned but the handle is nice and high for taller people
Broke within the first day
Clips that lock/unlock the front wheels broke within a day . Have tried to reach out for repair or refund and no reply from amazon or company. Very poor customer service
