Simple and effective solution for scratchy little ones. The unique double layer mitts with a smooth silk outer layer ensure that damage caused by scratching and rubbing is minimized. The cardigan design ensures that ScratchSleeves are easy to put on and stay firmly in place without the need for fiddly fastening, which can also be used for scratching. Loose fitting sleeves ensure that babies and toddlers stay cool and sensitive skin on hands and arms is not irritated. Originally designed for babies and toddlers with eczema, ScratchSleeves are also effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including chicken pox, cradle cap, ear pulling, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking, nail-biting and even hair pulling.
“Thank you so much for inventing ScratchSleeves! Our daughter has had severe eczema since she was six months old and ScratchSleeves have changed our lives! Her ScratchSleeves have been such a comfort to her (and us) that she now will pick them up and bring them to us when she gets tired and wants to take a nap.” – Marcie.

Top quality, would order again!
Iâve been through two pairs of the Scratch-me-not sleeves before trying this brand, and found these to be of far superior quality! I will order again when needed.
Lifesaver, these are amazing
Really helpful with ezcema flare ups. The silk on the hands is very soft.
Great
Great
These work great!
Life savour for any parent dealing a baby with Eczema.
One BIG con about it…
I wanted to really like this scratch sleeve because I like the material, itâs very high quality… but the only and biggest con about it is that the open area of the sleeve (the part that goes on the babyâs body/back, not the part that goes in the arm) is TOO WIDE causing the arms of my baby to always escape out of the sleeves …which is so frustrating because once the arms and hands are out the scratching starts again which is the one thing I wanted to prevent hence the reason I bought this. Basically the purpose of this sleeve is defeated because of that one con. My daughter ALWAYS sleeps with a sleep sack on so despite having that to âlockâ the sleeves in the arms it does not work because the open area (the body part of the sleeve) is too wide. Picture below shows the gap which makes it hard for the sleeve to stay on.
This product has been super helpful. My child pulls her hair while putting herself to sleep and it has worked wonders. Stays on well and the fact that the mittens are sewed shut is great.
These no scratch sleeves work well but fit a little too big for the size that I bought. I still used them because I needed to give my little one some much needed relief from the itching due to allergy/dermititis issues. I’ve washed them a couple times now and they are made well and the fabric is comfortable. I myself suffer with severe but controlled eczema and the material to me seems comfortable to wear.
My baby girl is now 20 months old and she has been pulling the top of her hair out AND eating it since she was 15 months old. I thought she would âgrow out of itâ but never did. She really only did it when she would wake up from nap/morning because she was âboredâ. She rarely ever did it sitting in her car seat. At first every time she touched her hair, my husband and I would say âno touchâ and she got really good at listening. Then when I thought she was over it, I kept noticing hair in her poop. This is when it started to stress me out. I also noticed that she would nonchalantly do it WHILE she was dead asleep. So she then started doing it subconsciously. We tried everything. Now when sheâs in her car seat, she has those stress pop toys, or a stuffed animal or something to keep her occupied. She also has stuffed animals in her crib and a silk blanket but that hasnât helped. I was VERY nervous to buy this Scratch Sleeve for her but I was desperate. We tried it and went right into it for every nap and bedtime. At first she was a little hesitant but with the silk hands, we would have her touch our faces and her face and teach her that it was soft and say âawwâ. Now, she absolutely loves this Scratch Sleeve. Honestly there are times she wakes up from a nap and doesnât want to talk it off! Iâve noticed that when she wakes up from her nap just hanging out in her crib before I get her (and this isnât stressful to her, she enjoys just playing in her crib when she wakes), she tries pulling her hair and once she realizes she isnât pulling anything..she stopsâ¦which is fantastic! We started this on 1/26/24 and are almost 2 weeks in and again, so far so great! I feel less stressed about it, havenât had any hair in her poop and itâs been nice! I definitely need to buy more as backup! Highly recommend if your child is pulling, and especially eating their hair! Hoping this will help her stop this habit!
This has been a life saver!!!! My daughter is a year and a half and she started self soothing by pulling her hair out while she sucked her thumb as she fell asleep. She was literally pulling all her hair out. It was so so sad!! She has been wearing this since thanksgiving and its now New Years. Her hair is growing back!!! Itâs thicker and she is also no longer sucks her thumb. At first I did have to put them under a tighter fitting shirt with buttons in the back because she didnât like them at first and pulled them off. I stuck with it and now itâs just a normal part of our routine before bed. she will even bring them to me when she is ready for bed now. We just call them her mittens!!! It was a little larger than I expected but still fits and doesnât what I need it to do. ð¯ recommended this product!!!
Not as good as different brand which had hand mittens that you could turn back to reveal hands.
