Easy to use and sturdy
We bring them in our family camping trips, and they have been dropped a couple times. Still in good shape. They are easy to use, just be careful to switch it to off after use or your batteries won’t last you very long.

i bought these for a music festival and they worked great!! even across the entire festival they still worked which made things a lot easier. the only issue was that one of them just completely stopped working after 2 days of using them. maybe mine was just defected

Excellent customer service
This is a follow up review. I had left a review a few days ago saying that I loved the walkie talkies except one out of the three was not working properly (loose battery connection so the reception was cutting in and out.) I reached out to customer service (contact info provided in package,) and they emailed me within 24 hours to let me know that they were sending me a new one. I was VERY surprised to see it just 2 days after their email! They must have shipped it overnight or priority. Our kids were super excited to have the replacement and I was very impressed with how quickly they addressed our concerns. I would definitely recommend this company/walkie talkies without any reservation.
Cheap, easy to use, instructions are clear
They seem to work just fine. Purchased for upper level to basement talking between the kids and so far no complaints. Use good batteries as they suck them up fairly quickly. I’m using Amazon rechargeables and they last a sufficient amount of time (few hours of consistent use), but I’m sure dollar store batteries wouldn’t fair well. Setting up is a tad confusing but the instructions are printed in good English and are very clear. My only gripe is you cannot adjust the page volume and even though you can mute button sounds (which are ridiculously loud) when you lock the device so the kids won’t mess with it, there is an unnecessary loud tone that occurs even with the button sounds muted. For the price and 3 radios, they can’t be beat. Uses 4xAAA batteries! Sounds quality is average at best but for kids or occasional outdoor and camping use they are acceptable.
