Great Product! Excellent Peace of Mind!
My wife and I started using this sensor when my son was born. We ended up buying the base because our room was too far for Bluetooth connection only, but the base provided additional features like checking room temperature, moisture and breathing from a distance. In other words, I could monitor everything from work during the times I wanted to check in on his sleep. Additionally, the sensor and base allow multiple phones to connect to it allowing your partner and you to monitor from near and far. Lastly, the battery life is pretty good if you remember to turn off the sensor when you’re not using it, it lasted about 5-6 months and it was fairly simple to replace as well. Overall, we have been very satisfied with this purchase.

Useful till baby learns to roll over
This is an updated review after 8 months of use.The monitor works and gives you some peace of mind once you figure how to use it. Keep the monitor close to your phone (in the same room) otherwise it will keep disconnecting. They also offer base station but i find it finicky and not really helping with the range.You should also keep app in the foreground and don’t lock your screen otherwise the alarms won’t sound.I tried it both with Android and Iphone and I find iphone app is a bit better with holding the connection.They also actively work on upgrades and software did become better with time.Lastly, once baby learns to roll over you might start getting lots of false alarms because connection gets intermittent short interruptions when pressed on or when baby rolls over it. So it became less useful for me after six months. As a workaround, I put it on the side as my baby sleeps either on the back or on the belly so the monitor stays free most of the time.All in all, not bad for the price and served me for the first 6 months when SIDS risk is the highest. They also have a great customer service, very responsive, offer troubleshooting and workarounds.
Donât waste money!!! Very disappointed!!
I bought and return this 3 times in total. We bought just the device at first. But since my daughter has her own room, so it doesnât detect because it too far when her room is just next door. So we return it and got the base station together the second time. It can detect with no problem, but When we try it on our baby, we found that it is defective, cuz when my baby is on her back but the device show that she is on her tummy. So we have to return and get a new one sent again. We have used it for a month and it will only cause more panic then we didnât put it on, it panic us over 10 times one night. The device is place on the baby tummy, and sense the movement of the baby stomach to see if the baby is breathing, so when the baby is on their tummy, the movement will reduce but it doesnât mean the baby is not breathing. It will still alarm as breathing less than 5/minutes. This device makes us worry more than we are not using it. Whatâs the point of having it then? It is not easy to set up as well, as both of the device and the base station has no buttons but lights only. To turn on the device, you have to shake it until thereâs a green light. What if itâs on the baby already, and it disconnected, when she is already asleep? You will have to remove it from the baby which mean, chance to wake her up during their sleep. Just donât waste money or spend more to get any other brand.
Peace of mind
It has been such a wonderful device to give us peace of mind. Small and easy to use. It has made the early stages of parenthood a lot easier as we have the chance to get some rest. Would definitely recommend to any parent!EDIT: been using it for just over 3 months and now recently the breathing function is not working correctly. It was fine then I put it off to feed and then when I put it on again the alarm kept going off. My baby had not even gone to sleep or anything and the alarm kept going off scaring my baby even more awake. I tried it on myself as well and the alarm kept going off. Battery is 100% and Like I said was working great until it wasnât.FURTHER EDIT: reached out to customer service and they responded within 24 hours with solutions, I tried it and it started working again. Really good customer service!
Great product
So far I like this product gives me some peace of mind that baby is breathing and not overheating or too cold.
