Helps with sores/cuts within hours
These things saved my nipples while I was adjusting to the breastfeeding journey! They keep them cool and prevent them from rubbing or sticking to bras or shirts. They are so easy to clean and use. plus I can move around easily thanks to the silicone. Just place them inside your bra and they even help them heal by catching some of the breast milk that may leak out. I highly recommend them.
These helped to sooth nipple soreness after breastfeeding. All I had to do was put them in my bra and it barely feels like anything is there. Cleaning is also very simple all I needed to do was wash it under warm water and dry it. Although I do think there should be more instructions like for the silicon rings, I tried to put them on the cups for over 5 minutes but I eventually gave up and used the cups without the rings. Overall these were pretty useful.

Okay I purposely picked this one bc it came with the silicone rings but those are soooooo hard to put on the silverettes. I spent forever trying to put one on and just gave up. So inconvenient
