The newborn size onesies worked perfectly as surgical recovery suits after my 7.5 pound long-haired chihuahua was neutered. (His brother is wearing a different preemie). Good quality, not too much stretch.

My son is 22 lbs and lanky but these fit perfect on him. Super soft, stretches around shoulders so when there is a blow out, I can take it off by pulling it down not bringing poopy fabric up over his head. Great designs.
