My 2 year old son loves these!!
A Great Stepping Stone
These were a bit smaller then I expected but my toddler loves them nonetheless! I like how you can work your way up from three peice puzzles to five pieces and they gradually get more complicated. The colour dictates the number of pieces in the puzzle to easily differentiate between difficulty level and adds another layer of learning. They are a great stepping stone from wooden puzzles to more advanced puzzles.They are of good quality, the cardboard is nice and thick, and doesn’t bend, which is nice.

Beautiful clear and real images of animals. Great for toddlers and simple because they’re not too many pieces per animal.
wrong piece could fit into another
The shapes of the puzzle pieces are quite similar to one another. Older children can probably tell when a piece doesnât fit, but at the recommended age of 3 years old, with a bit of extra force, the wrong piece could fit into another, making the child believe they got the right one. They should have made the pieces more distinct. Otherwise, the quality of the pictures and the sturdiness of the puzzle are good, unlike dollar store puzzles. However, itâs still a bit pricey for $20. I would recommend buying it on sale.

Fun for my son
My son is 1.5 years old and lately he has been fascinated by all sorts of animals. I showed him these puzzles and together we played and made animal sounds and named each farm animal as we put them together. I’m sure he will continue to enjoy them for a little while longer, especially when he is old enough to understand how puzzles work. I was impressed with the quality of the pieces, they are durable and the images are crisp. I think this would make a good gift for a toddler or preschool aged kid or any kid that likes animals or puzzles.
