Our 4 month old is obsessed with this pineapple. Itâs the perfect size for him to be able to grasp and he loves to chew on it. Great purchase!
Top Heavy
Baby loves to grab it but the top half is weirdly heavy and she bonks herself in the face when trying to chew on it.
Doesnât Seem Safe
The toy is cute for shaking before your baby can grab. However, the spikes on top are very stiff and could potentially poke their eye once they can hold the toy. It also doesnât stand up on its own, but looks like it should in pictures
Had to return – cannot sterilize
I sterilize all my babyâs tethers. The top part that is supposed to be the leaves completely folded over after being in the sterilizer. The steam caused the plastic to lose its shape. I have a bunch of silicone tethers that donât do that. Had to return it.
Lays upside down
Perhaps my expectations were off, but I thought the toy wobbled back and forth when touched, but instead since it is top heavy, it falls over half upside down and doesnât look as cute. Would be neat to have a heavier base and lighter top.

Super cute toy, love the rings that rattle, the bottom half is a rubber type material and my baby loves sticking her fingers in it and chewing on it!
This brand and rattle/chew toy are absolutely the best. Both the pineapple and hedgehog are the number one gift I give every friend or coworker with a baby. Every single time, the parents reach out and tell me it is their babies, absolute favorite; this is often months after I get the gift, as soon as the baby is old enough to grab it. Do not wait until the baby is six months; give this gift at the shower or as the âwelcome the new babyâ gift
I had a toy similar for my first son so I decided to get this one for my 2024 baby! He is 5 months old and really enjoys playing with it as well as a nibble here and there! The only problem why Iâm not giving 5 stars, it is a little heavy. Sometimes babies are wreck-less and donât understand their own strength so it could be a little surprising when they hit themselves. But other than that , the toy is built wonderful and I can see it lasting a long time in our family!
