Why should you dilute essential oils
Did you know that pure essential oils are 1000 times more potent than their leafy counterparts? That’s why diluting them with another substance, such as a carrier oil, lotion or shampoo, is so important.

Here’s a way to use Essential Oils
Essential oils are a great addition to any household-cleaning regimen. This spring, swap out your cleaning supplies for ones made with all-natural ingredients.
All-Purpose Cleaner Ingredients:
1 c. White vinegar1 c. Distilled Water8-10 drops Lemon Essential OilPlastic spray bottle
Combine all ingredients in bottle. Shake well before each use.

Safety Precautions for Essential Oils
As you all know, essential oils provide endless benefits to your well-being. With that being said, there are some safety precautions to take when using these beneficial oils. As with all essential oils, never use them undiluted. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children and pets. If applying an essential oil to your skin always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body (after you have properly diluted the oil in an appropriate carrier).

Amazing scent
I love this companys essential oil. So far I have not been disappointed. Each scent smells amazing. I just bought the anxiety one and sleep one and they both are so relaxing.
Very nice good price point
Good product its a different smell I have not found in most sleep blends, I have nothing negative to say about the product
Relaxing and calming
I was looking for a replacement oil for the one I haven’t been able to find in years and so far this has been the closest thing. It has a pleasant scent that helps relax the body to sleep
Great relaxing oil
I have purchased several ‘sleep’ oils. This one is different from all the other lavender heavy oils. Smells amazing and helps to relax before bed. Will definitely repurchase in the future.
Mooey Sessy Sleep
This essential oil is like listening to a summers breeze, with a nerd whispering arguments on why Captain Kirc is way better than Captian Jean Luc-Picard. As if he starts telling you about how awesome his world of warcraft character is, those thoughts of your day are replaced by a numb boredom putting you deeper and deeper into the cozy sleep that you deserve.Pro Tip: Use 1 drop to be put to sleep like you’re listening to a nerd talk about things he/she think are awesome. Use 2 drops to fall asleep like you got a huge beef with a 50’s mobster and were just lovingly touched at the back of the head with a blackjack that has a hint of lavender
Not my idea of a sleep blend, but to each their own.
Not overly thrilled about this synergy blend.I was expecting to like it given the Lavender, Chamomile, and Vetiver… But the Marjoram seems a bit much. It, along with the Vetiver, dominates the aroma. Chamomile, and certainly the Lavender, are hardly noticeable. It’s also incredibly potent, which may be a great thing for those who enjoy the scent (and speaks to its pureness) — but I found it easy to go overboard with even just 3 drops in my 400 ml diffuser, (from which is also very difficult to rid the smell.)WHEN I’ve used it (which hasn’t been often since nobody in my home enjoys the scent – especially not my husband nor my 9 year old son who get headaches and nauseated when I do) I used a 2:6 ratio of Sleep and Lavender, respectively. Meaning, I added 6 drops of Lavender to every 2 drops of Sleep that I used. And even still, it’s never enough. I’ve also tried adding Cedarwood to balance the Marjoram and Vetiver. It helped… Slightly. But even that was risky as a drop too much would throw the balance off and make it worse. It has a heavy, strong, smokey, pungent, heady cologne-type aroma, and lacks any sweetness. Since I prefer more light, sweet, and even herbaceous scents to fall asleep to, I do not find it pleasant nor effective.I’m giving it a generous three stars namely for the quality of the product and the price. Given the ingredients, it is reasonably priced; and I don’t doubt its pureness. If I were to rate solely on scent, I’d have to give one star… And one star for the packaging/label, since it’s nothing special either.I’m quite sure some will enjoy the smell dependent upon their personal preferences…. I’m just not one of them.If you have a sensitive olfactory, be warned.
nice size
heips to faii asleep
Woody scent, just perfect ð
This scent is not too strong which I prefer, it has that woody scent that I like, though it really didn’t help with my insomnia i didn’t regret buying it ð
The first time I sniffed it, I was tempted to send it back because I really wasn’t into the smell. But, I stuck with it and said I would give it a try.It smells 100% better coming out of a humidifier. It’s so soothing and calming. I know there are tons of “night time air” scents, but this is the first one that has actually given me that cool, fresh, nighttime air feeling. Like a nice breeze that comes through your window on a cool night. I absolutely love it and the peaceful nights it has given me. If you’re having trouble sleeping, I say give it a go!
I loved this. I am new to the essential oil game and was worried about ordering something online I could not smell before buying but was pleasantly surprised. I use a few drops every night in my diffuser. My husband loves it as well. Iâm very happy with it so far and will be buying from fabulous frannies brand again. They give you a color pamphlet that has a lot of information and other products available…..Even though the 15% off coupon code & free shipping code included didnât work for my second order I placed I still ordered from them.
This is my go to oil, for both diffusing and to dab on my pajamas. Doesn’t have a chemical smell, as a couple of other reviews stated. Keep in mind that oils are extremely concentrated so don’t attempt to use at full strength. I believe that is sometimes the issue, when people submit the reviews. Anyway, don’t hesitate to order this if you are looking for a calming, great smelling oil to defuse or add to linen closets, etc. lovely!
I’ll start off by saying that I don’t like the smell of lavender, and to me, it is the dominant scent in this blend. Okay, with that being said, I will admit that I don’t actually have personal experience with any of the other oils in this blend, that’s chamomile(I think it’s Roman Chamomile), marjoram, or vetiver, but for what it’s worth, I have done a fair bit of reading on what they are said to smell like, although, after receiving a bunch of other essential oils, I find that scent descriptions are often not always what you may experience yourself. For example, I bought this particular “Sleep oil” blend during a “get two for the price of three” or buy two get one free sale, so I also got patchouli along with Amyris oils, but I find the Amyris oil to smell NOTHING like the way I have often seen it described, which is kind of like Sandalwood, but a bit more woody, not as smooth or creamy, but also a bit floral. Well, in my view, it is nothing of the sort as it is overwhelmingly smoky in scent, rather harsh, not sweet or floral in any way, but I digress. My point with this is that I thought I had some idea of what this Sleep blend would smell like based on reading numerous reviews posted here(more than a few of which said this smelled citrusy of all things; in my view, it is nothing of the sort), as well as my general research into the scents of the individual oils that make up this blend, but to me this just smells like muddled lavender with no sweetness at all, something which I thought/hoped the chamomile and marjoram would impart. Fortunately, I also got some clary sage from Fabulous Frannie which I think would be a nice addition, something to enhance the calming effect this blend is supposed to induce(according to what I read, if I understood it correctly, clary sage is actually supposed to be even more calming than lavender due to one of the compounds that make up the oil), along with the patchouli I mentioned before, both of which I do like the scent of. I wouldn’t quite call either of them sweet scents, but they are definitely sweeter than the dominant lavender scent in this Sleep blend, and I also have some peppermint from another brand which I think would sweeten it up a bit and make it more palatable, not that this is bad on its own, just that it’s dominated by the scent of lavender which I don’t like.Anyway, while I don’t especially care for the scent of this oil(again, to my nose it’s mostly lavender muddled by the other additions making it not quite as clean and floral, or sweet, which I think lavender is relative to this blend), I do think the oil itself is of good quality which I am pleased to say, and that’s why I am giving it 4-stars.
Smell is a very unique thing, and is different for everyone. I personally live this oil blend. It doesn’t smell as great in the bottle as it does being diffused, but as soon as I started diffusing it, I was in love. I’ve used it every night in my two little girls room, and for the first time in months they have slept through the night without any issues. I have also slept better. I highly recommend.
