Easy to use, does the job
Baby started walking and all she wants to do is open cupboards. This product serves its purpose and thankfully is easy to take off and reattach as necessary. Great price and product.

These safety locks are easy to use and figure out but work well to keep very young kids out of cabinets and drawers. The latches slide on and off easily. They are pretty long, so there were a few locations we didnât have enough room to attach this safety lock. The only downside is you have to keep track of the piece that slides off when you unlock the cabinet. We did have trouble with these getting lost often.
These were ordered to send to my little one’s “Nana’s house” to keep him from “rearranging” her cabinets every time he visited. He loves opening and slamming cabinets and we are always worried he will smash his fingers. These are the perfect solution! They are so easy to install and are very sturdy. My son has put all of his weight in trying to pry the cabinets open and they haven’t broken. They are very easy to open/close and seem to have held up well so far. We are even able to get away without having to “lock” them all the time because they can appear to be locked without actually having to slide them locked so after a while my son gave up when he noticed they were on the cabinets but we are still able to slide them locked if need be. Would definitely order again!
The item did the trick, but the material was a lot lighter, not cheap because my child is unable to open with product in use, but it’s not the highest quality. Great price and does the job nonetheless.
These child safety locks are great. Installation is quick easy and simple. I don’t even think I read the instructions. It’s a simple as taking the lock and pressing the two handles to slide the end of the lock off then put it around the knob. Then take the end and press the ends to slide the end into place. Once it clicks and it can no longer slide forward then you’ll know that the lock is secure. You can follow the same method to reopen and close the cabinet as needed. It works great for knobs and handles that are 7.50 inches or less apart. It’s Nasr of plastic but seems very sturdy. I’ll update with any changes.
Just like the title says – Gets the job done. We have bought pricier child cabinet locks which are “hidden” and open via a magnetic key. That being said, I prefer these safety locks. No installation involving tape or alignment of magnets. You just take them out the packaging and lock the cabinet. SUPER EASY! Are they hidden? – No. Do they work and are no frills – YES!!! My little one loves open things and when we used the hidden locks, he would still try to open them. Now that the little guy sees the lock, he doesn’t even bother…which is even better!! Totally recommend this product!
