Sad
I used it twice and the blade came undone and poured smoothie all in the motor.Itâs a really good machine but sadly the seal and blade connection to the black part that holds the cup is needing a better design. It blended everything so smoothly. I used ice cream the first time and ice the second time. It blended everything so perfectly with all 6 blades there were no clumps left behind. In both I used frozen and fresh fruit. I used powders as well as liquids. What happened was the seal came undone when the blender fell out of sync with its spinning rubber parts. So it fell apart at the seal not where the cup was tightly turned. Sadly, I donât have a blender.All in all, if that didnât pop out of place and ruin the motor; I think it would have lasted a good while longer and it would have been perfectly fine.My photos are not available, I had them but something went wrong with my iCloud.4 stars because it was such a good blender.
Powerful blender, suction cups are a game changer
I had one of these before and it worked well for a year before the gears burned out. Pleasantly surprised to see that they are offering an extended warranty on receipt. Without a doubt this is the most powerful blender in this size and range. The suction cups on its feet hold it in place really well. A little noisy, but works extremely well.
Poor quality. Hard to operate
Warning do not purchase. Was not able to remove full container from the body of the blender. After 24 hours of trying to remove it I finally was able to release it but the cover stayed attached to the blender and everything inside the container spilled out. Iâve been trying to make a claim with the insurance company that Amazon offers with this product and have not been successful. They need an ASIN # that no one has been able to supply me with.

Blender with high speed Grinder combo
I finally found a high enough power blenderat at a reasonable price and comes with a grinding knife to make nut butter, received last week , tried it once so far, with 1 cup of almond (perfect amount for me) took one and half minute (90 seconds) to turn it into the consistency of butter!l have an older Vitamix the minimum 3 cups of nuts required,after many minutes and many trials it never turned out, so I only used it for liquids since.Another new good feature I like, its the removal blade for easy cleaning!
Excellent customer service
The product is good but unfortunately the blender had an issue on the third month. It just got stuck and failed to rotate. I contacted ganiza customer support and they promptly sent a replacement blade after I gave them proof of what was not working.Shall update again about the blade itself if even the replacement blade has problems within an year of actual purchase.

I bought three of these blenders so far. Two for gifts and one for myself. The gift recipients absolutely love this blender and I do as well.It really makes a wonderful smoothie and also fantastic nut milks. Everything comes out⦠well⦠smooth. No grittiness whatsoever.Easy to clean. A little soap and water in the cup and return to the blender for a whirl and then remove and rinse cup, lid, and blade clean. Air dry or hand dry.Convenient size. Suction cups on the base of the blender provide extra stability during the blending process.Extra blade and cups/lids are also available and sold separately.
I got this as a replacement for an old smoothie blender that no longer worked, but had lasted a long time. I like this one so much better! Nice suction cups keep it in place, it is strong when mixing and grinds everything up (I grind my kibble for my old dog). Has lots of power, is easy to use, and has lots of nice cups! I like using the one with a handle for smoothies!
This it the 3rd brand of blender, of this type, that I’ve had in the last…mmmm.. about 15 years. The first 2 brands I used were magic bullet and another I can’t remember. Both of the others we like this, but you could push down on the cup to begin the blade spinning, and you could twist it to lock in place. On THIS one, you can ONLY spin the cup to lock in place for the blade to start. Meaning that you cannot just push it down and have it work for a couple of seconds at a time. This is a fault in my opinion. I use it for smoothies and milkshakes pretty exclusively. I use a lot of frozen fruits in it and need to be able to stop it quickly to remove and shake, then start again. I have to do this a few times usually to keep the frozen pieces from burning out the mechanism. This was true of all blenders of thus type, btw. Just too much frozen stuff in a clump right where the blades are. The issue is that the outside of the cups get wet with condensation, which makes them difficult to twist, and even harder to untwist quickly! So I’m worried I’ll burn the motor out not being able to stop the motor as quickly as I should be able to, and doing this over and over again. The motor is very good, and all of my shakes and smoothies have come out beautifully blended! And it’s fast! Takes maybe 20-30 seconds total to get everything totally smooth. I haven’t found any chunk of fruit or ice that weren’t blended down, and that’s very impressive! My daughter and I both love the suction base design! It’s great how it keeps the base totally in place during use and while just on the counter. I wish more kitchen items would adopt thus base style! I’ve been using daily for weeks now and everything is still working well. I even dropped a cup today and it didn’t crack or spill or anything! I was amazed, since it was full and I dropped it about 4 feet down onto tile flooring! No weird smell. I washed everything before use. No weird tastes, either. All good. Came with everything it was supposed to come with. What I make it in: For “smoothies” (not technically maybe but I call them that) I use a handful of blueberries, same for frozen bananas, and pour almond milk on top, then blend. My favorite. Sometimes use frozen strawberries. Sometimes add chocolate syrup. I like to make them in the morn and send half in the smaller cup, using the travel drink lid (which is awesome!), with my daughter on her way to school to fill out her breakfast a bit. She has a long travel time so it’s perfect. This morn she wanted something a bit more treat like, so I whipped up a shake using frozen strawberries, bananas, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then added cow’s milk, then just a bit of choc syrup. It was so delicious!!! If you’re into drinking your fruit, there are some easy ideas for how to do it. Eyeballing the amounts becomes easy after you do it a couple of times. And using frozen fruits makes it a wonderful consistency. I prefer that to adding ice. It ends up being smoother than the typical smoothie you would buy somewhere, and the flavor is more pure without the extra water from all the ice. ð Happy blending!
