I love these cubes. I use them in closets, entryway, organize shelving. What I love is that it is entirely modular. I have one that is two tall columns of 4 rows, I have others smaller 2×3. Etc. And itâs easy to put together and very sturdy. It holds heavier items than I would expect honestly.

Perfect for our homeschool area
I really like this set for the money and functionality.We needed something to organize our homeschool area and this was just the product I was looking for. I am not sure about the wear and tear long term on the shelves but so far its holding everything I need. I question the material with heavier items with a harder corner example. dominos, board games and our pencil box. However for the price, I even went back and ordered a second set!I was able to build it solo and the instructions were easy to follow.
A headache to assemble
It’s a headache to put together â the pieces don’t snap together easily, and often come apart as you add others. But it’s pretty light and functional.

I donât normally write reviews but wanted to leave one for this storage shelf unit as it exceeded expectations. Given the prior reviews I was a bit skeptical but it looks amazing and is quite durable. Assembly took about 45 minutes, I wanted to make sure everything was tight and wouldnât budge. Cubes fit very nicely, has not buckled under any weight and just looks pleasant in the room. Highly recommend !
Flimsy Trash
This shelving unit has been a terrific exercise in pure frustration.The core idea is solid and the panels themselves seem fairly well made.Unfortunately, the brackets that hold everything together are pure garboleum.The panels slip out at the slightest provocation, no amount of hammering or cursing can solve this. This wouldnât be a problem at all if the build quality were more consistent. Some panels and brackets pop together with a satisfying âsnapâ and stay together. But far too many werenât as well made and refuse to seat properly.There was nothing more defeating than getting this horrible thing together, only to have it collapse the second I tried to move it into position.Iâve only cried twice in my life:1. When my hamster died2. When this shelving unit fell to pieces in my arms.I didnât think I had any tears left to shed. But hereâs Songmics proving that thereâs still some humanity left in me.

These are really cool. I was really skeptical of them at first. I was sure they wouldn’t hold much or that they would just fall apart but it didn’t happen. This modular system is easy to put together and adapt to your needs. It’s also sturdy and also light to pick up and place where needed. So far I really enjoy these. I built storage in my son’s closet at the top for stuffed animals and clothes. I am also using the residual for the family library for sorting and dividing books. They will be placed on a wooden shelf for that as I wouldn’t trust them to actually be utilized as a bookshelf.

I bought these as an alternative to a room divider so I didn’t assemble them into cubes. I decided on my own configuration. I did 7×7 with some supports on sides and middle. Much less expensive than room dividers and these can either be painted or left semi opaque to keep natural light while providing some separation.They assembled easily. Embrace the click and use the provided mallet. Gaps increase with mistakes and make it harder to put together. Do one layer at a time, moving horizontally.The packaging was streamline and not too heavy.These ha e improved with time. I have ones from decades ago and they never stop being useful. They are easy to haul and put back together.
