Easy to assemble, sturdy for such a feather-light item, changeable design.
They are easy to adapt to your needs and make the shape and height you want. I actually cheated and didn’t put the back supports on but instead made more shelves with them as there were spare corner support pieces and I bought two of this product. This does make it a bit wobbly without the back support but as most of the stuff I had was light clothing on the top shelves and heavy boots and shoes on the bottom, this hasn’t caused a problem with any risk of falling over. I tried it with the back support pieces and it was very sturdy.My only slight disappointment was that, after measuring my North Face winter boots, I thought I might have enough room to put two boots together but I had to put 1 pair and 1 single boot as you can see in the picture. Not an issue as the smaller shelves with separators are perfect for smaller trainers and shoes and you can get 2 pairs of shoes in each, just. If you have larger shoes than womens US 9.5 then you may have trouble. If you have large shoes then you may be better off getting the cube ones as those take a large pair of boots. I like the separator idea on this particular design though.You can place things on top like a shelf but it does give a bit under the weight of heavier things and doesn’t remain a perfectly flat surface but for my needs it’s great. I didn’t put our ski boots on them, as that would have likely caused too much weight.
Perfect Game Board Storage
Bought to store board games. It was easy to assemble. Lightweight. A little wobbly at first but got sturdier after hammering in connectors. Wish there were additional connectors to use with pieces left over. I didn’t put in the backing for all sections so had left over pieces. Great price for what I needed it for.

Pretty easy to set up. Like putting a kid’s toy together. My son is too lazy to open drawers to get his clothes out or put them away. It would cost 1K to get a closet designer in and I was looking for shelves for the bottom of his closet ( something without drawers that you have to pull open, also so the kid can find his stuff). Some of the metal ones from global industries were over $800. I found these on Amazon and based on the reviews, dimensions (customizable) and the price thought I’d give it a try. It fits the space nicely and does the job. I didn’t really need the little mallet that they provided but one of the connectors broke (it would have still been usable for an end piece) but I ended up with some extra at the end. There was also an extra square piece and J-hooks. I find it study enough. Just gotta make the kid put his clothes in it now instead of on the floor.
Nice Shelves For My Home Office But Caution – Not For Heavy Items
These shelves that my husband bought me for Christmas (Well, they were on my Wish List where he just transfers everything to my cart and clicks to buy them!). I use a board-room table for my desk in my home office. As a writer, I had six different piles on my desk, one for each of my writing clients, plus another table for piling my own work. These shelves fit perfectly across the back of my desk. Now I have slots to put papers in and a lot of free space on my desk. One caution – these are not for heavy items like books. They feel like a faux leather material. Excellent for what I need them for which is just files with papers. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Simple set up but a little weak
The build of this shelf was super simple, almost fun actually. My issue lies with the material used on the shelves themselves, any item with weigh will cause the shelf to sink down, making to hard to display items neatly.
great for creating more shelving/space
Lightweight, easy to assemble. Our existing closet shelves were slightly shorter in height, so we ended up assembling it as 3 separate pieces, enough for his, hers storage for clothing + a purse/bag separator in our third closet. Material is slightly flexible vinyl, little/no scent, and it helps to have the wire frames for sturdiness. The caps, joint pieces –be cautioned–are not quite finished and may need some filing off the rough edges to make smooth. Overall, happy with the price point, quick delivery, and being able to use/adjust to the space we needed.
Great quick storage solution
I bought two sets and used less for my son’s room and left over pieces in my daughter’s room. I cheated with the “J” hooks for the shelves by putting them in the middle of a wall (see pic with my fingers) so I could have the shelves adjacent to each other, as you can’t put two in the same spot. Assembly is a pain, but when is it not. The hammer that people complain about with other storage units, works well here, and you best use it for what it’s got, as if you don’t push these pieces well together, the whole unit will be wonky. As you can see, in my daughter’s room I used the short pieces as shelves as I didn’t have as much space there, so you can mix and match as much as you want. I did not place the back covers on, as I wanted to have more shelves. So far no issues after about a month. Would recommend it.
So this is the second set I have gotten because I loved how easy and how good the first one looked. The first one I got was another brand I believe because they didnât have the same feet but I had leftovers that worked perfectly since they connected the same way. I got them because I realized I didnât have storage in my room and also started collecting Pop Funkos and wanted a nice spot for them. Honestly wouldnât be a bad idea to buy two cause you can get creative and make your own space like I did. The only thing I can say is if you do since thereâs no back piece itâs not as sturdy but for sure isnât going anywhere.
Sturdy, can assemble into smaller slots and bigger cubbies. Can be arranged in different configurations. Holds baskets from the dollar store to organize all my âstuff â. Comes with a mallet which is the only tool needed to assemble. Comes with a strap to anchor to the wall but I didnât need to use it. I feel itâs a big bang for the buck but I would not let younger children like toddlers to use it because they may be able to knock it over. Probably better for kids 8 and up who can understand not to climb on it or treat it too roughly.
This is a super amazing, low cost closet solution. I do not feel like it would be great for storage of heavy items or for decorative use. It is easy to put together and creates a lot of useable space. The ability to divide a large cube into smaller âshoe shelvesâ is genius. Smaller shelves fit two pair comfortably. I think it does just the job it was intended to do.
I am so impressed by this easy to assemble product, and the price. I am kind of a storage-nut, and have wanted shelves for my under sink bathroom cabinets since 2004 when I purchased the home. Voila! I found them, and these are easy to configure around the sink and drains. I ordered five of these and am going to do the bathrooms and under the kitchen sink. They even come with a cute little rubber headed mallet/hammer! I took pictures, might have to go to computer to upload them.
Iâm using in the bottom of my closet for organization. They were easy to put together. They seem sturdy – I have jeans in the top two shelves and it appears to hold them well and the shelves donât sag.My only wish would have been to have some extra connectors. When the unit is all put together it was too tall for the space at the bottom of my closet. I thought I would be able to use the left over squares in another closet but there arenât enough connectors.
