Very good concept but could be better quality
This 16cube storage is wonderful. Each cube is exactly 14â on all sides!The only reason I ordered this one is because of the 14â, i fold my shirts and sweatpants at around 12-13â and all the other cubic storages stated 12â but were actually 11.8â once assembled. This one is actually 13.8â once assembled.All materials listed were received. However, to make a 16 cube, you need 56 wall panels and 16 door panels.The listed materials states 55 wall panels and 17 door panels.So the person who calculated the materials made a mistake which is why everyone is leaving a negative review of missing panels.I made use of the last door panel and put it in place of the missing wall panel (see pics). Or you can take out one inside panel and use the hanging rod provided to make a scarf hanger or whatever. You will be left with an extra door panel regardless.The instructions were super easy, just need to make sure the black connectors face the right way and you need strong muscles to snap connecters hard! The wooden hammer provided was useless.Another surprise were the tiny white magnet door closures provided. It wasnât listed in the materials but I got exactly 16. The doors stay close without the magnets but I still installed them for added enforcement.After the whole tedious assembly. The whole cubic storage is still a tiny bit crooked in some places. Its because I got exhausted in the end and didnât make sure to check all the connectors are rightly tight or not.At the end I got left with 2 extra connectors and thats it.
Best Closet/organizer for your buck!
Bought this so we could downsize a little. Our apartment has no closets, so I bought this to share with my husband. I managed to fit everything from 2 armoirs into this thing. It comes with a small wooden maul to help assemble the connectors but it wasn’t strong enough. Just use your hands, it’s really easy. It came with an extra door, and was missing 1 package of connectors. However, I contacted the seller and they shipped out an extra package for me within a couple days!I put a slab of wood along the top and put my TV, Nintendo switch and fan on top and it and it didn’t budge. Fits plenty and I may actually order more for the rest of my house. ð
its a love and hate relation
Got this product in well packaged box, all the parts were in the box as required. Got some additional pieces of magnetic door catchers which were not shown on the drawingIts a love hate relation with this closet organizer. The plastic knobs that come with this are super brilliantly designed, but poorly manufactured. Plastic is not cheap, but once installed and if your try to hammer them with the wooden mallet provided, they tend to crack and break. Broke 4 of them while installation.It not that versatile product, it can go in variations of 2×2, 2×1, 1×4 to max 4×4 for 1 each. That means you cannot make 2 of 2×2, 2 of 2×1 etc etc..it becomes challenging to do so.There are no specific instruction of hows and ifs and design variations, but a general over all view of how to get it installedSurely this is not meant for books, plastic hold clothes but try to put books and you have a disaster awaiting.If you live in a small rental unit and need something for your cloths and dont want to go bulk with wooden ( hard pressed or any of that sort) this is a surely go.Dont try to keep makeup or talcum powders or perfume bottles as the base of each cube is plastic and then these all topple over each other.This is made purely, absolutely for the sole purpose for books, doesn’t matter what the seller claims.Surely would recommend it but for cloths only
Terrible assembly process and quality
Took three hours for three people to assemble this very unstable cabinet. Attaching the panels to the connectors correctly was a very difficult and physically demanding task. The mallet that was provided proven to be useless and of bad quality. Additionally, three of the black connectors cracked as we were assembling the product. As of now, I have clothing stored in the cabinet and it seems very unstable and I am afraid it will collapse. Overall, the assembly process was outrageous and the quality is very subpar considering the price tag. I would not recommend the purchase of this product
Great value for price!
I really liked this, such a great price and I love the magnetic closures.Easy to assemble.Quite sturdy I havenât had any issues with it. The only thing I would change is that I got one extra door panel and one less wall panel which ended up with me having a door on the top. Not ideal as it doesnât secure all the way and makes the one wall a bit wobbly.Further edit to 2024 and I still absolutely love this! I ordered a second one and they are sooo good for everything, super sturdy, long lasting and durable. My original one has been taken apart and moved 4 times and still as perfect as day 1!
