Although I wish these were sold as a 2 pack I love the spectra pump. The parts are easy to clean and sterilize, I love the modes the spectra pump has.
First know that if you double-pump you will need to order two of these. I have the Spectra S2, and I have been using it to exclusively pump for my twin boys for almost 8 months now. Needless to say – even with using Medela Microwave bags to sanitize the parts and scrubbing them after each use with hot soapy water, all my old parts needed to be replaced (I had been just replacing the duck valves). I was so skeptical purchasing this kit from amazon because I was worried that I would get a knock-off that wouldnât provide enough suction and Id loose my supply…They came in sealed packaging, clean with no broken parts. All packed similar to how I remember it when I got my pump.The parts look and function just like my original set. No loss in suction, no problems putting it together. All the pieces have the Spectra logo in the same spots as my original (even the duck valves). I will purchase again if I need to. I included a picture of my old parts with the new ones right after I sanitized the NEW parts.Cost is the same as the Spectra website, however with Prime I got it the next day rather than via standard shipping.Only negative was one of the boxes looked like it had been squished? The external shipping box was fine though, and all the parts inside are ok as well, so not really a big deal.
This is a baby shower gift!! Iâm sure the future Mother will be happy with this item!!
The product works great, but it is the old version. It is not the new version that is advertized by the product description picture.
