We have a hardwood floor, so these mats work great for yoga at home! They piece together easily, and take up a good space for one person with just four of them! Whether laying on my back or side, standing, kneeling or just sitting, I don’t feel like I’m on a floor with these, but more like I’m on a gym mat. It’s comfortable. With little rubber slider pads meant for furniture, this mat stays stationary. It’s great!!!
I got this set of floor mats to use in my garage for my home gym area. They are very nice quality, very easy to put together and were exactly what I needed. Great set. Iâm going to be getting more of these for sure.
I used three out of six blocks to cover my bike’s length and a smart trainer. Due to it’s thickness and compression, it provides some of the “rocker” panel movement. I quite like it!The tiles have perfect cutouts to lock into each other and haven’t come out in about 100 miles of indoor biking on it. There is no industrial smell off of it which some other foam products have. The thickness is 1/2 inch and is perfect for light exercise, yoga and biking but it may not be enough for heavy weight lifts or bench press.All in all, I am pretty happy with the way it interlocks and provides dampening to my indoor biking setup.
I put these down in front of my workspace in the garage, where standing for hours had irritated my lower back for a while following surgery. These make a world of difference standing and working on things. They lock together nicely, and perform well. They can be swept off easily and while they arenât designed for the garage necessarily, they do seem fairly durable as long as they arenât abused with chemicals or heavy, sharp items.
