Must have with baby starting solids on the Stokke
It’s too bad that this tray is an add on item because it is a necessity when first using the Stokke Tripp Trapp chair. I mean the chair itself can be used on a dining table but when babies first start solids, it’s nice that they have a table to help themselves. It’s great quality, this tray. You can load food directly onto the tray and let them eat off the tray and then just clean it off with water or a clean rag and it will clean right off. The material is great and mine still looks new after years of using. It’s worth the price.

Au début nous n avions acheté que la chaise et le support pour bébé. Nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’une tablette et un coussin sont quand même essentiels pour le confort du bébé. Notre fille joue avec ses jouets sur sa table en attendant le repas. La tablette se lave très bien, se déclipe facilement de la chaise.

Great tray but I hate the bottom
The bottom design sucks! It catches so much food and is hard to get out.
I originally tried a different off brand tray because it had good reviews, worked with suction plates, and was half the cost. Unfortunately, this seems to be a case of you get what you pay for- that tray felt flimsy and cheap, and the latch that holds it to the chair broke after a few uses. We have since purchased this tray, which is very sturdy, attaches and detaches easily, and wipes clean beautifully. While it is unfortunate that suction dishes donât stick to this, thatâs not a deal breaker for me. I can pull the Stokke right up to our dining table and stick suction plates to that, and I just put food directly on the tray when I have my baby in the kitchen with me and not at the table.

The table fits well, it does its purpose but it is a generic Chinese table, not the original Stokke brand. Comes in a white box without branding and Chinese letters⦠probably thereâs not much difference but for the price and the false advertising on the product, I was expecting the original one.
A tray is not strictly necessary with a Stokke Tripp Trapp, which is designed to come right up to the family dining table. However, we found that our dining table was too high for the Tripp Trapp and uncomfortable for our baby. So, we had to order the tray. Itâs sturdy, of a decent size and clicks into place easily. Iâm not sure why they have a complicated design at the bottom – itâs just more crevices for food to get stuck in. But since itâs the bottom that doesnât really happen much. Otherwise, itâs easy to clean. But yes, this product is extremely expensive for being a simple piece of plastic which âfitsâ!
Habe lange überlegt ob ich das organisierte bestelle, da der Preis doch sehr hoch ist. Ich muss sagen, das ich froh bin mich für dieses Produkt entschieden zu haben. Kein abfähren von bestimmten Lebensmittel ( beim nicht originalen Stokke ist das weià nicht mehr weiÃ). Sehr stabil und gut einzubauen. Sehr gutes Produkt. 4 Sterne, da der Preis schon sehr hoch ist.
