I’ll keep it short and sweet.- YES, 100% compatible with Lego- nice thickness- even the bottom of it, you can attach LEGO to it, so you can stack it and build an apartment, or like my nephrew did, he joined all 12 plates and put 10 wheels underneath it and turned it into a huge rolling platform! Super fun- the colors look good- some of the “nubins” whatever you call this, the circular part that sticks out, the top was indented, but that doesn’t affect the useabilityI would 100% buy this again. I think I’ll buy some to donate to the school for the classmates to use.See photo of a copy-cat Ninjago Temple under construction!
Great value! Baseplates are sturdy and still going strong months later.
For the most part these have worked out well with the LEGO blocks we own. I find they easily (almost too easily) come off of the briks baseplates, but it hasnât impacted their enjoyment of them. Nor am I aware of how they fit LEGO baseplates because Iâm old and donât remember back to my LEGO-playing days.
Great product for less than the price of Lego brand
My daughter just got into playing with Lego. When looking for Lego brand base plates we noticed how expensive they can be. After some searching I found these one on sale. For the price and the amount received we figured it would be worth trying.I am glad we bought them. My daughter plays with the plates daily and has no issues with them. They are compatible with Lego brand, if there were issues she would lt me know.If you want Lego base plates for a fraction of the cost, buy these!
Perfect for my project!
I wanted to create shelves for my minifigs and these were just the right size. The colours are vibrant and the work well with my Lego brand minifigs.
4 white circles around the centre of every base plate that’s not usually there
I gave this product great reviews because it’s normally of great quality and works perfect for a great price. However, I did receive a set of base plates recently that had 4 white circles around the centre of every base plate. I realize this is from the manufacturing process and it is just cosmetic but it was not there on previous purchases :/
We made a lego table out of these
I had looked around last Christmas to buy my 9 and 5 yrs old grandkids a large lego table. I could only find table for 3 and 4 yrs olds. My daughter had one of those white Canadian Tire type tables that you have for large family gatherings when there are just too many people or to set up a buffet with back yard BBQ’s. Her and her hubbie glued the lego squares on, they fit perfect. In the summer when they are not using she folds in the legs and slides it behind the couch for storage. They have the matching folding chairs so they can sit comfortably during winter months and have a very large work surface, absolutely perfect!

Just as the header says, I grew up with Lego in the mid 80’s to late 90’s. Now I am sharing the joys of Lego with my son. We needed a bunch of base plates for a few Lego builds and after looking/researching I decided to purchase these. When I purchased them I had my reservation about it. I am not one of those die hard Lego only fanatics since I grew up with some Tyco bricks in my mix, but worried about the true compatibility with Lego. Let me put your worries to rest. These are great. They work well and are affordable. 3 months in and I have not had any issues with these bricks. We build on them without worry and I look forward to continuing to use them when we transition to making brick films. Don’t get me wrong. I LOVE Lego and the joy they brought me as a kid. They are my fondest memories. But the cost of an official Lego base plate is just too much for my family. Go this route if you want your children to experience the joy of building with bricks!
