Travel or going out must have
I bought this to take to people’s houses and parks with baby. This is easy to pack up and take away. We even use it now at home as an extra high chair. I find smaller babies (small 8m) slouch little, but still works well. It is way easier than taking your full size chair places. It’s also light.
Great high chair
This high chair is fantastic. It’s great for travel or dinner at someones house. It folds up small, is easy to clean, and it dosen’t take up much room to store. I highly recommend this product.
Worth the money!
This high chair is very sturdy and super easy to set up and take down. My only dislike is that the leg holes are very small. I read this in other reviews before I purchased it, but read that people have cut the fabric to make room for chubby baby legs 🙂 I will be doing the same.
Fantastic product!
Fantastic product! Bought two for our twin girls – exactly what we needed. Lightweight and compact enough that its easy to bring two with us. Have used them for dinner at relative’s and everyone wanted to know where we got them! The legs do take up a bit of floor space, but is still more cpact than a traditional high chair. Our girls are 8 months old and have fairly chunky legs – they fit through the leg holes no problem for now, but I can see how it may get tight before they reach the 40lbs max the chair cab hold. You do need to make sure they are strapped in fairly tight as the sides of the chair are low, and our girls like to try and lean over the side, but so far seems fairly sturdy and we haven’t been worried about tipping.Highly recommended.
Cute but not great
This is a functional high chair we bought for camping but the seat doesn’t sit flat so their bum just constantly slides forward and they end up hunched in a bad position. There’s no good way to fix this. A friend bought this for their kid and had the same result. Don’t reccomend
Baby camping chair !
Amazing camping chair for the little one , and light but strudy build
Leg holes were too small and it difficult to clean
We ordered this and received the box. On the box was a child of approximately 16mo. of age happily eating their food. We were pleased and couldn’t wait to use it. BUT, when we tried to put the little guy in there (he was 10mo. old and a little slim for his age) his chubby little thighs barely fit in the holes and left red indents on his legs when we took him out. We had to sit him on top of the leg holes which made the safety strap not function as best as it could. If the food that he dropped on it hadn’t stained the thing we would have returned it. It’s not an easy thing to clean and the material is like canvas and holds onto the food and such. Would not buy this again. Not recommended.
This product was great for helping with my small kitchen issue and was easily transported to wherever I needed it for my son to be comfortable. It was easily cleaned and folded for easy storage.
I bought this when we were watching our granddaughter two days a week. I wanted a foldable highchair that wouldn’t take up much space when she wasn’t here. Most foldable highchairs were nevertheless very large. I considered the kind that attached to the table, but they wouldn’t work with our dining table. Likewise the ones that attached to the dining chairs. So it was a compromise. Folding worked fine, even while holding a squirming child. The tray was very small, which was part of the compromise. It required more effort to clean than a standard highchair with a vinyl seat and fewer crevices, but that was also part of the compromise. The really good thing was that because of the design, she couldn’t try to stand up in it like she did with her highchair at home. The really bad thing was that the leg holes became too tight after a couple of months. I had to take scissors and enlarge the holes, and thus once she outgrew it, it went in the trash instead of passing it on to someone else.
So if you have a bigger baby like myself, sheâs 10 months and 25lbs this is a wee bit small due to the leg holes. BUT with a little ingenuity itâs works great. My bf and I cut the legs out of it and kept the straps and it works just fine. Itâs very easy to use and clean, great value for the price. The straps and highchair surface are easy to use. The surface is easily removable and swivels which, I personally really dig. Itâs my favorite color and suits my needs fabulously. Definitely recommend grabbing yourself one before summer. Itâs compact and fits in the car just like a picnic folding chair! Even comes with a carrying bag. Hell yeah ð
This chair is great. Even my engineer son-in-law gave it two thumbs up! The legs spread widely for stability. The leg holes are big enough for my granddaughter’s chunky thighs. But best of all is the solid, hard plastic tray. I had previously purchased one with a sewn on vinyl food surface. If the child has any weight at all, the food surface slopes toward them. There is a cup holder, so the drink stays put, but all the food ends up in their lap. This chair with the hard plastic tray functions as well as a regular high chair. Another feature for this chair is that the cloth seating can be removed and machine washed. It folds up and slips into an included bag like a large, folding portable chair.I can only see two things that are potentially down side for this chair. First is that the tray is small. Food should be put directly on the tray or a rectangular plate. Second, there is no cup holder, so if you have a dropper or very active child, the cup may end up on the floor. I can live with these things because this seat is meant to be a traveling, convenient product. If my grandchildren were here very regularly I would buy something more permanent.
I love that the chair opens and folds back up so easily. It’s very compact and stores easily and out the way. It seems sturdy enough; doesn’t tip or slide. It’s made of canvas, and seems very strong. I wouldn’t hesitate to put a 2 yr old in it.Ok, the cons: the safety thing that keeps baby from slipping under the tray and on to the floor has holes for baby’s legs. My chunky 1 yr old grand daughters legs don’t begin to fit in these holes! I can get her in, but can’t get her back out. I thought about cutting a slit in them to make them bigger. But the last time she was here, I just sat her on top of this thing and did not put her legs in the holes. She is still strapped in with the 3 pt harness, so I don’t think I’ve compromised safety here. It works for us, so . . . .Another con is that the seat area is very big. Because it’s canvas, it “gives” quite a lot, and there is NO back support. So she is very slouched down in the seat, and very far away from the tray, making most of her food end up in her lap, or into the anxiously waiting mouths of my 2 yorkies, I put a rolled up towel behind her to help her sit closer to the tray. I would NOT leave her in this high chair for any length of time; once she finishes eating, I take her out right away. The lack of back support makes her look uncomfortable. All in all, I DO like the chair. It’s sturdy, well made, will not tip, super easy to store or “take along” . . . but I think it’s better suited for a bigger child. ??? I’m going to keep it and make do. But I wish I had kept looking when I searched for a high chair.
