Adorable and comforting
I was rear ended at a stop light two years, and even with physical therapy, I’ve had lower back pain constantly. Any time I have to do chores, fold laundry, or walk for long periods of time, the injury flares up and I need to heat it up to relax the muscles. I was initially skeptical about the size of this little guy, it just seemed too small to hit the area of my back effectively, but after warming it up in the microwave, and setting it on my back, I was honestly surprised at how well it worked! It’s got some heft to if, which is quite nice. It really adds to the pressure in an enjoyable way.At first, I tried sitting up and leaning against it on my couch, but that didn’t work well. This little stuffie seems to work best being set down and letting gravity do the work. After laying on my stomach and setting this on my lower back, it worked much better. By chance, my wife ended up spraining her ankle a few days after we received this item, so it gave us a chance to check if it worked well as an “ice pack” too. Happy to say it does! You can position the little arms so it sort of “hugs” the area. We were both honestly quite shocked at how well it worked. This is a great addition to any household.Accidents happen to us all, and having the ability to ice down an area, and warm it up with the same item is very convenient. Plus, it just looks cute when you aren’t using it. Nothing wrong with that.
