Really cute but only lasted 2 months – no longer holds a charge
Update: 2 months after owning, it no longer hold a charge. We plug it in and it just dies after 2 minutes.Return period closed so it’s just a very expensive floating whale.We purchased this bath toy for my daughter Now that she is big enough to play in the tub.It’s really cute with a fun light pattern and actually shoots the water up a decent height. I would say easily ten inches.The whale comes with a small screwdriver, and you do have to unscrew a plate on the underside To charge it. But I will take that any day over batteries.Charges with a USBC cord which is fantasticTo operate, there is a simple button on the bottom side that turns on the light. When you put it in water, it starts the pump and pushes the water up.It stops spraying almost instantly When removed from the water.It is not silent, but the pump is quiet Enough

My daughter loves this bath toy. Itâs kind of a pain to use the tiny screwdriver to reach the charging port so make sure and have patience when doing so. The battery life is pretty good too so you thankfully donât have to recharge too often.
