Bought this product because I trust the Honest Brand for my new baby. He caught his first cold of the season and its worked great and kept him more comfortable during the last week. No irritation left on his chest, and it smells great! We use it after bath time and before bed time.
When my 10 month old came down with a cold I wanted something that was all natural for him, especially because of his eczema. I like that Breathe Easy has all natural/organic ingredients without the known allergens. I would rub this onto the bottoms of my sons feet after a warm bath, cover with socks & he would sleep better without coughing as much. The scent is pleasant, stronger than Vicks baby rub & Maty’s baby rub, but not overwhelming. I also rub this onto the bottoms of my feet when I have a cold or sinus problems to help me breathe better.A little jar goes a long way.
this will sound strange but I routinely use this on my feet whether I have congestion or not. My feet are hideous and no creams or lotions I have ever used help keep them moisturized and many have either made the problem worse or I have had an allergic reaction to. I basically have very painful cracks on my heels and brittle dry skin on the bottoms of my feet especially during the winter months. I initially used this because we were sick and it worked fantastically but noticed how great my feet were looking after using it a couple of days so now it is my go to foot fixer. The formula seems to have changed since I began buying it when it first came out but although the consistency is somewhat different, not as firm, the smell and results are the same which says a lot.So, I not only recommend this as a great product to use on kids with congestion and it also works great for adults. I also think it is a fantastic product for your feet to keep them moisturized and healthy.
I was first a bit skeptical about this, it smells is very faint and actually lovely. Its hard to explain but it does not smell medicinal compared to the other big box brands out there. I like it because it organic and I wanted to make sure I bought something for my little one that was going to be mild for her sensitive skin. This was a impulse buy because my little one was super congested and sick. I think it made her feel better.
My wife had always bought this stuff for our daughter when she got sick, I really wish I had used it myself earlier. When I get sick, I get an irritated uvula, which causes me to gag at night when I lay down. The first time I tried the breathe easy rub, I put it on the back of my neck and chest, and my uvula had soothed almost immediately and I was able to sleep like a baby. That meant a great deal to me because I have lived with this problem for the past 32 years without any real solution for when I got sick, other than to down a bunch of NyQuil and hope that I’ll sleep through it. It works good for all the other advertised uses too, my daughter and I were sick at the same time last time, but we were breathing easy with breathe easy.
