First time trip and it worked really well. Price made me a bit hesitant yet it was worth it. Fits Graco Contender Slim perfectly as shown in the video. Some spaces in the corners. I was able to roll up and store a stroller bag inside with carseat in this bag as many travel tip videos showed. Not a cheaply made zippers or handles. Shoulder straps sturdy but we did not need to use – hung the buckle straps to the stroller handle bar and let it roll with stroller. Overall materials feel sturdy yet light to maneuver around. Collapses close to square shape. Padding was sufficient.Pros and Cons of 4 wheel at the bottoms are just like luggage bag with 4 wheels. Thick hardboard bottom. It was nice to be able to stroll strapped to stroller. But another person needs to or use a foot to hold the wheel in place while loading carseat. Otherwise it would roll away.
The car seat travel bag comes in a cute little box, which has me wondering if it would be big enough. Inside the box is the carrying bag with the car seat travel bag inside. The bag is nicely padded with an inside storage compartment and a strap to keep the car seat in place. On the outside you have a zippered storage compartment and two side handles that you can probably use to strap the bag to your luggage as you maneuver through the airport. The bag is a great pulling height as my hand can reach the top handle without effort and stroll it through the airport (Iâm 5â6â for reference). It has good wheels and was easy for me to maneuver. Iâve only flown once with it and the pictures so the minimal wear to the bottom of the bag and to the wheels. In my opinion itâs a great bag for a reasonable price.Oh, I have a Graco forward facing toddler car seat, with one cup holder , I donât remember the name. I did have to make sure the car seat was pushed all the way back and then it closed effortlessly.
We like the wheels. This helps so much with traveling with little kids. The zipper quality is great and we have plenty of space to put our diaper bag in there while traveling because it has so much space. The material is nice and durable. We used it while we were in the rain and it was great.
This product is exactly what I was looking for! It’s durable, padded, sturdy wheels that are easy to roll. Worth the price. I didn’t want to check the car seat without any kind of protection from dings or cover to keep out germs. This was my first time traveling without my beloved Doona, and needing to carry a car seat and a stroller and my luggage and the baby’s luggage…needless to say, I was stressed on the first leg of my trip. I ordered this for the return part of my trip and it was like night and day! we have the Graco extend2fit and it fits in the bag with no issues but you do have to make sure it isn’t reclined and sitting all the way up. otherwise you may think it doesn’t fit and it will be tough to zip all the way. It’s nice and padded. I was able to pack his clothes and things inside so essentially didn’t need a carry-on for him just packed everything in the car seat and then put the car seat in the travel bag. It was fantastic it’s padded to help with any dents or dings and it was very easy to navigate. I had a stroller in one hand and was able to use the strap to wheel the car seat and my carry-on luggage in the other hand all by myself. it was very very easy I am so pleased with this purchase and highly highly recommend. It is worth the price point.
I bought this specifically so I’d be able to traverse the airport as the only adult with a toddler. I made the seat as upright as I could, strapped the seat into the bag, then strapped my toddler into the seat and wheeled the thing around by the handle. It does get to a kind of tight fit and the bag may not have closed with the cup holder still installed, but thankfully I only needed it to carry around my toddler and the seat safely around the airport. The gray drawstring carrying bag was very helpful for stowing the little stork bag away into the overhead compartment once the toddler seat was loaded onto the plane. I wish it had a handle to make it easier but I just grabbed it by the top when it was all closed so we made it work. Even though I’ve only used it for one trip, the bag seems to be of good quality, including the strong base and rolling wheels. No issues with it. I got lots of compliments from parents and grandparents during my travel on it.
