After opening the package, I located the two air valves on each end of the toy and blew each one up. However, you can use an air compressor to do this, and it will go much quicker.After inflating it, it took on a cylindrical shape and then I observed kids playing with it. Because itâs circular, kids like to roll it and can crawl after it. You can stand it up on one of its flat sides and kids can pull themselves up to stand next to it, using it to steady themselves, depending on the age.There are three different balls in it: a ball with light-up LED lights in it, a chime bell ball and a rattle ball with colored beads inside of it. Kids liked getting these balls through the holes in the two different levels inside of the cylinder from the top to the bottom. This helps strengthen their coordination skills.I also like the fact that it is see through and it encourages kids to look inside of it and keeps them interested. It is primary colored blue and green with lots of other primary colors displayed on all sides and inside of the cylinder.Kids like the animals printed on it, as most kids like animals in general, so they want to chase after it if it is rolling across the floor.The rattle ball broke apart at some point, releasing the colored beads inside of it, which are all now rattling around within the cylinder. The LED ball lights also stopped working after only a couple of months of using it.Overall, this is a fun toy for kids aged six to 18 months that will keep them interested in something fun will help hold their interest and build their coordination skills.
This Crawling and Walking Montessori Baby Toy is pretty fun for the kids! My 1 year old son enjoyed shaking the rattle balls and light up ball thatâs inside. He also loved rolling it around on the floor. I think itâs cool that there are little holes, so you can make a game of trying to get the balls to drop down the hole and then flip the toy over and do it again. It has rainbow colors that catch the kidâs eyes, as well as shapes of apples, hearts, moons, and stars. Thereâs also a cute image of a large elephant and large apple inside. The only thing I didnât like is that, when my son put his tummy on it, it would flip over too fast and heâd almost hit his face on the floor. I think this toy could potentially be dangerous if not supervised the entire time. Other than that, itâs great and very entertaining.
My baby likes this toy. He likes to smack it and watch the balls inside roll and light up. This does have a strong vinyl smell so if that bothers you this won’t be a good option. This is durable enough for a toddler, it is inflatable however so you’ll need to keep sharp objects away.
The led ball inside is set off with the slightest motion and has a very bright, strobing effect similar to the lights on a police car. The plastic smell is so strong coming off of this and itâs much too large for tummy time play. This is a miss for me.
My toddler loves this and I know my baby will too, when she arrives in November. It’s a nice big size which is exciting to little ones when they can pick up and move something so large. Obviously it’s lightweight. Colors are vibrant and the images are cute. Overall it’s a great fun toy that will keep the kids’ interest for a couple years, if they don’t pop it. Lol.
