Good Product
Good product, use in our house to determine temp & humidity as we heat with a wood heater in winter, big and easy to read & use, backlight is a bonus.
Very Accurate
These thermometer/hygrometers work well with no problems.I’ve compared them side by side & with other thermometer/hygrometers that I have & these only vary by 1 or 2 degrees temperature or 1 or 2 percent humidity-that is accurate enough for me.I’d buy these again.

This is my third one. They work well. I have never had a problem with them and I have had two of them many years and have never had to change the batteries.
Quality

Very Useful
I originally looked at this when buying a humidifier for a senior. The advice indicated it was smart to have a hygrometer in a different part of the room because the indicators on humidifiers weren’t usually being very accurate. Then I realized that this was good for our home as well. We have a dehumidifier in the basement storage area. Our new dehumidifier stops running when it senses 40%. That makes no sense since our older, bigger model ran almost constantly. By putting the hygrometer in the same room I could see that the dehumidifier sensor was inaccurate and now leave it on constant to get more moisture from the air.This is very easy to use and easy to read, even for seniors. The hygrometer switches from Celsius to Fahrenheit with one touch. Highly recommend for great value and fast delivery.

Bom termômetro, funciona igual descrito. Boa precisão, quando colocado ambos lado a lado a variância de umidade e temperatura é <5% de um para o outro, longe de ser algo profissional, mas serve o proposto.

Had this for a year now and it’s been great to keep an eye on building humidity levels. Our building maintenance kept denying the corridors were too hot and humid and thanks to have this I could prove they were not cooling the building enough. I also keep it on my fridge now and can monitor indoor air humidity levels as well. Once I realised the air was too humid indoors i decided to purchase a dehumidifier to combat the problem and hopefully improve the indoor air quality.
The ThermoPro TP55 does exactly what I want and with excellent design. It has exceeded my expectations. I like to know the humidity but until the TP55 I did not have a hygrometer.Humidity has a lot to do with how comfortable the air may be. I think we all think about hot and humid but cool or cold and humid aren’t so great either: the term “clammy” comes to mind. Likewise very low humidity in winter can indicate a humidifier is called for. The point is having a way to measure humidity can be very useful to help make my home more comfortable.Things I like about the TP55+ The screen is large and easy to read (without my glasses)+ the touch controls (backlight & C/F degrees)+ 24h and all time max and minimum temp/humidity readings can be displayed+ A nice little “kickstand” for sitting on a table and keyhole for wall mounting+ The magnets on the back that work great on my fridge (the outside!)+ The backlight has just the right brightness for my home+ Even comes with batteriesThings I don’t so much:I’m not coming up with anything. I’m really very pleased.I’m really happy I got the ThermoPro TP55. It exactly meets my needs and has been working perfectly for a couple of months. Compact but with a large enough display: it’s better than I expected it to be when reading the product listing. Because I like it so much it should be obvious I’m giving it 5 stars.UPDATE 28, Apr 2018:I have really liked my TP55 thermometer/hygrometer since I got it last summer. It was very helpful in winter to let me know when to break out my humidifier. Now rolling into summer it’s nice to know the indoor humidity level. I check it frequently and so far it seems pretty accurate temperature-wise. Humidity-wise too though I only have how I feel and the local weather as a basic of comparison. It is still going strong on the original batteries that came in the package.. I remain very pleased and fully satisfied.
I love to track the weather and temperature and these work perfectly. A little smaller than I expected but it does the job fine.Easy to read and accuracy seems spot on.
