It’s not cheap but it works well and for me it’s more effective than the original tiger balm, just seems to work faster and provide better relief despite the original being stronger. It’s also not greasy so that’s another plus

This cream can be made at home if you have the basic ingredients. It is highly overpriced and its contents are less than half of an average toothpaste tube. The cream did nothing to relieve my neck and shoulder pain.

I am very happy with this product! It arrived very quickly, and works amazingly well. I would definitely recommend it to someone with neck and shoulder pain.
I’ve had neck surgery for nerve impingement and reactive nerves off several discs in the neck. I have a drawer full of remedies I’ve tried and this is the one I will not let myself run out of. The reactive nerves in my neck cause horrible headaches on one side that wrap around the side of my head, hit my left temple and above my eyebrow. These headaches are excruciating to say the least. I reach for this stuff, and slather it on my neck, cheek, around my ear, on the temple and over the eyebrow and it begins to slowly dissipate most of the pain. Nothing else has worked so well. I’m not a fan of pain relief in pill form, but I am a true believer in this balm.
My pain in my neck goes away within minutes of a good rub with this product. However, please be warned to apply it wearing gloves or you will be sorry! Also watch out and don’t touch the area you treated. Your hands will get this product on them and it won’t come off easily. If you touch ANY part of your body that is sensitive-your eye area, mouth, and private parts, you will experience discomfort that you won’t soon forget. Diaper cream is what I used when I found out the hard way-not I didn’t touch my private area. I touched my neck, which was all better with the cream on it, then I used toilet paper for it’s intended use and accidentally came in contact with a very sensitive area down there and had instant regret. I give it a 4 because it’s so easy to rub off where it shouldn’t be. Then again, any pain relief rub would do the same, so it’s really not fair to hold this against the product. I still have to give it a 4, but I will still use it-very carefully from now on!
I love this stuff. As a chronic headache person Iâm always looking for something to help and this stuff does the trick. Itâs technically for sore muscles but just a little dab on the temples, behind the ears and on the back of the neck takes away even my most stubborn headaches. The scent is strong but itâs not bad – sort of smells like a strong dose of essential oils. A little bit goes a long way and I love the tingle sensation.I love the fact that this decreases my headaches without medicine. Itâs saved me throughout pregnancy when they discourage taking medication. I would highly recommend.
I really like Tiger Balm products. I dont use anything other than Tiger Balm for my aches and pains because nothing works as well. All their products penetrate deep where the aches and pains are coming from but I have to say I like the Tiger Balm sports oitment better then this rub, but only because of the smell. It’s not a horrible scent but it isn’t exactly plesent either. It reminds me of menthol and tanning lotion mixed together.Pros:- Works just as good as their sports ointment. – It penetrates deep with a warm and soothing sensation for those aches and pains in the neck and shoulders.- It is a lotion consistency so it is easier to apply.Cons:- Not the best smell.
My family and I have used this for many years for arthritis, sore muscles and other aches and pains. It works fast and soothes pain for a long time. My mom hates the odor but I enjoy it. I rather smell medicinal than have pain 🙂
