We’ve been using an *ancient* Samsung S3 with a white noise app, when traveling with our kids. It finally broke down, so we decided to give this dedicated sounds machine a tryâand it’s been a great replacement. At home, we use a variety of Google Home devices and wanted to match its sound as closely as possible. This unit does that with the added benefit of a built-in battery. We find the “pink noise” is the closest match, and we like to set it on top of (or prop it up with) something padded like a towel, which helps “soften” noise even further. Other niceties with this sound machine:+ Lightweight and Small: we didn’t notice this on a backpack or stroller and it takes up very little space.+ Durable: put hard pressure on all sides and no creaks or anything…seems well built, including buttons.+ Battery Life: plenty of juice left even after a full night (for us, that’s ~12 hours of playback).+ Plug: so happy to see small, cheap gadgets like this using USB C instead of micro plugsânicely done!+ Details: good attention to detail, like the fade in/out of noise when powering on/off, nice fabric strap, removable ring, etc.Highly recommend, great device for those with kids! ð
I love how small and portable this is. The sound can be pretty quiet and loud depending on the level you prefer. The battery life is great, I charged it once and it lasted a couple weeks with using the timer function. Having a timer function is great also so that it turns it off and doesnât run all night, therefore saving battery life. Is worth the money!
The functionality of this product is awesome. Very simply to use and throw in your purse if youâre running out! My toddler still sleeps and naps with her sound machine and the sound quality is great for the size! I can count on this to help her sleep quality when weâre on the go!
This sound machine is very portable, holds a good charge, charges to full fast, and is very lightweight and compact making it great for on the go. The different sounds are soothing and the volume controls make sense. However, it is very difficult to turn on if you don’t read the instructions, which is fine cause I guess everyone should read instructions, but powering a device on shouldn’t require a manual either in my opinion. So the design could be a little more user friendly in my opinion. It also feels a little plasticky. Overall though, for the price this is a good option for a compact sound machine.
This device is small but the sound on it is loud and great for on the go. The battery lasts forever. I love how compact and durable it is. Itâs nice to not have to worry about carrying our bulky sound machine when we travel for the sound!
