I’m all about simplicity and ease of use so I was pleasantly surprised to receive these Magic Lights.They can change into 13 different colours which is really impressive. You can change the light by tapping the lamp on the top or by using the remote control. When tapping on the top, you must hold your finger down for a few seconds for a new colour to appear. You don’t have control over which colour will appear by tapping the top. You basically cycle through the colours until one appears that you like. With the remote control, you go directly to your chosen colour.There are 3 other settings for the lights which include “flash, strobe and fade.” Of the 3, I preferred the fade. It is very soothing. The strobe function did not work but I didn’t really care to use it.With respect to the look and feel of the lamps, they are simple, super lightweight and neutral. You could use them anywhere and they would look fine. They are plastic from top to bottom.Easy and elegant!
