It worked well with our breastfed baby the first 3 weeks only is that your baby has to work really hard to get the milk so if your baby is a bit lazy or that you need the baby to drink more because of heat waves etc it’s not the one for them as it’s going to take longer to finish a bottle mine tended to fall asleep before finishing it as she grew so we then switched to slow flow.

Tommee tippee bottles are my bottle of choice and the nipples are the closest to breast like which is perfect if you are looking for extra slow flow nipples they are perfect they come in a box like this with 2 nipples highly recommended great price and came quickly.
Great for our exclusively breastfed baby
Our baby who has been exclusively breastfed for the first month of her life has been able to take the occasion bottle with this slow flow Tommee Tippee nipple with ease and without and digestive discomfort. We are very pleased with this product.

Iâm so happy I got this flow for my baby. She was using the one that came with the set but finished her formula in less than 7mins causing her to choke.. this has reduced her taking in too much and vomiting. Itâs totally worth it if your infant is still below 3 month

Absolutely love these! These are babyâs favourite bottles/nipples so I bought more in size 0 for him. As we had size 1. He prefers the slower flow. They work great and fit the closer to nature bottles.
I have 3 tomme tippee bottles that came with a level 1 nipple. I thought those were ok for my baby when he was born 2 months ago but every time I would give him milk in those the flow was too fast for him and I worried he could aspirate. So I ordered these level 0 ones and these are exactly what he needed. The flow is perfect and I am no longer having to worry about the flow rate. My baby is now a month old and still has no problems using these level 0 nipples.

My son was born at 32 weeks and used a preemie bottle for the past month. We noticed that he was struggling with that and ready to move up. I ordered the extra slow flow nipples to fit the advanced colic Tommee Tippee bottles I already had and they are a good flow for him at this point! My son would be 37-38 weeks if he was still in utero when we started this nipple. I noticed after using them that the box specifically states they donât fit the advanced colic bottles, but I havenât had any issues with tightness and I just make sure the air valve on the nipple is always on top while feeding. My son is a messy eater so there is some milk that leaks out of his mouth as he sucks, but that was happening with his preemie bottle as well. I would recommend these if the number 1 nipples are too fast for your newborn or you have a preemie thatâs older than 36 weeks
Mi bebé tiene casi 7 semanas de nacida, y es lactancia materna exclusiva, sin embargo a veces debo colectar leche y darle en biberón, me regalaron muchos sets de recién nacido pero con todos come muy rápido, se ahoga, escupe la leche y es muy estresante para ella. Asà que decidà buscar adaptar lo que me regalaron para ya no gastar en más biberones, di con estas tetinas 0 (extra low flow) y se las cambié a los sets de tetina 1 (low flow) y desde la primera toma con ellos hubo una GRAN diferencia. Tarda mas en comer, no gotea lÃquido a menos que bebé succione, no ocupo separarle el biberón para que respire, cuando se cansa de succionar, hace pausas con la tetina en la boca como lo harÃa con mi pecho y no hay derrames, después continúa comiendo y todo muy bien. No traga mucho aire, al primer eructo queda dormida y no se le nota incomoda. Super recomendado.
