Love this design
I needed something to help me reach my panoramic sunroof on the top of the car for cleaning. This item is perfect. The fit works well with my vehicle. It is compact enough to store without taking up a ton of room. The value for the money is great. It seems very sturdy and a good design. I will update once Iâve actually used it if my opinion changes. It seems very easy to use and install.
Does the job.
Keep in mind the location of your door latch. (How high is it from the ground) You will need to use one hand to get up and down. So to load a roof rack you will need someone to pass you the gear. Unless you can toss it up, then climb up after to arrange things. It would be difficult to step up with an arm full of gear. But you could easily pull things off and toss it to the ground. Other then that it is sturdy and stays in place.

Not quite universal – 2017 Subaru Forester
The item is quite sturdy and does what it was intended to do. I attached it on my front door and it was perfect. However, it is not the same for the back door. I tried to adjust it with the 2 available setting but does not level and because of this be cautious if your shoes are wet or muddy as it does get slippery. Would still recommend base on the price and again it does what it is intended to do.

If my vehicleâs door frame wasnât made out of cheap bendable pot metal I couldâve kept these, because theyâre super sturdy! But unfortunately theyâre sturdier than my car and I only weigh 138lbs, so that shouldnât have been a problem. 🙁 Even though I had to return, I still highly recommended them! The fit was perfect on the front doors of my 2018 Crosstrek, but the fit was off on the back doorways. Theyâre adjustable enough to have still made it work, but the latch on the front doors started to pull and I just couldnât keep using these.
