The pads hold up great in the wash and insert easily in bras or whatever else you would insert them. They are nice and padded and suuuuper comfortable! I haven’t had them long so I’m not sure how much life they have in them but I would definitely order again if and when I need new ones. I absolutely recommend these!

Wife said they seemed well-made, but were too small even for a small c-cup so they left weird outlines under clothes. She’s still looking for something with actual coverage that won’t leave the weird lines.
Best yet
I own an alterations shop and alter 100’s of dresses. These are by far the best fitting and the most flattering of any insert cup that we have come across with multiple sizing. The fact that the lift is built in is good and you don’t slide out. Highly recommend.

Would buy again
I wish they were slightly bigger or had a size up. But they work well. Way better than the ones that came with the bras originally.They didn’t move around at all and I like the triangle shape compared to circle ones. They seem decent quality.
These fit well in most âremovable padâ pockets and give a nice shape without lines or bumps. They are a bit bigger than the usual triangles, which helps them stay in place without folding over or wrinkling. Iâve replaced most of my sports bra and bathing suit inserts with these in the past 6 months and they are holding up well.
Es muy buen producto
I got the A/B inserts with the little bumps and padding to wear in swimsuits and certain bras. I am a C cup but these pads are big enough and fit perfectly in both bathing suits and bras. I just slip them in with the bumps under my breasts for lift and go. I don’t need to secure them with any sort of double backed tape or anything like that. They don’t shift or move once they are in place. They don’t give me dramatic lift but enough so that I feel more confident and I feel I look better. They are durable. I have had my set for 10 months and they are all fine with no strings pulled and no other issues. I wash them by hand and air dry them. I really like the bump lift these give me and will buy more if I ever have to. So far, the ones I have are still like new and I wear them quite often. They were a great choice for me.
I bought these to add more lift when I wear sports bras however I donât think this is what they are meant for. These are made of a very thin foam that is see through. They do not add any lift and they fit very awkwardly. The pads do not reach side to side to be able to offer the support and lift I was wanting. I am going to try to cut them in half to see if that works any better.
